    Casey Ray's STL Dog Trainers
    I cannot say enough great things about Casey Ray's. We had an incident with one of our four dogs where she actually broke through our fence to bite a neighbor dog. My husband and I were very upset and certainly didn't want another situation like this. I read reviews online and decided to set up a free evaluation at Casey Ray's Wildwood location. After the evaluation we signed up for the 15 day, day-train package. We dropped our pup off Mon-Fri by 9am and picked her up before 6pm. Zack and Halie were our main points of contact for our pup. She is very skittish, but the trainers made us feel at ease and answered all of our questions. After a few days she had clearly warmed up to them. She was visibly excited to go "to school" each morning when she saw the building. We are now moving on to building her foundation commands at home and I am SO impressed with the progress she has made in 3 short weeks. Our main problem has been in our backyard and the trainers even stated that, if we continued to see issues in the backyard after following their "at-home" advice, they could set up a time to come to our house and help set some ground rules. Every one at Casey's Ray's is incredibly nice, professional and helpful and I am SO glad we have them nearby. I would refer them to anyone who wants a happy, well-balanced and well-behaved dog.

    We have sent our dogs to other places in/around st. louis and nothing compares to Kristen and her staff.  The price is very reasonable and they transport the dogs for a minimal fee. It's so convenient. I just schedule the pickup and drop off and my dogs come home exhausted & clean from having the best time with the canine friends. When my dogs see the transport van pull up they can hard wait to jump in. We have visited the facility several times over the past couple years. It is exceptional. It's clean & the layout where the dogs stay inside is the best boarding concept around. Each dog is evaluated and placed in packs of like minded, age or energy level.  There is plenty of outdoor space and fresh water. The staff cleans up as the dogs go I've never seen a poop bomb laying around. I can say it warms my heart to see when my dogs walk in the door every staff member knows them personally. They are loved and well cared for if they go for a day or a week, I know my dogs are taken care of. It's their second home!

    Anytime I can’t find anything they always help me. The service and the grooming is great. They always went out of their way to give me coupons and deals when I came in also. The groomers were always very flexible and would let me leave the dogs with them for a few hours if I had other appointments and it wouldn’t cost me any extra.

    Invisible Fence
    The installation process took between 2 and 3 hours. Flags were put up for training purposes, but if the flags hadn't been there, it was not possible to tell where the fence was installed. They did a great job of restoring the yard to its original state. We had a training session that day, another about a week later and one last session 7 to 10 days later.

    Double T Performance Horses LLC
    On June 16, 2017 we received a call from Brittney Teiber, owner of Double T Performance Horses LLC, stating that our horse’s back-end “collapsed” on his 4th day of training while being ridden by Brittney’s new trainer. She then went on to say that she and the trainer did the “tail pull” test on him and he failed. She said she thought he had EPM. We then immediately picked him up. No one from DTPH was there to meet us. The next day our vet came out and examined him. He did the “tail pull” plus about a dozen other neurological tests, in addition to watching him walk, trot and canter. He also took blood for testing. He said he saw nothing to indicate he had EPM. At this point we were concerned as to “why did he collapse”. Was there something wrong with the horse or the training? Either way we did not feel it was in the best interest of our horse to send him back to DTPH. We then sent Brittney a text informing her of the Vet’s diagnosis and our decision not to return him to DTPH. Since he only received 4 days of training we asked for a refund of 75% of our money back. We paid $550 up front for 30 days of horse training. Brittney then responded via text “Your vet did not handle the situation appropriately”. Our vet has about 25 years of experience. She stated in that same text that we would receive a refund in 30 days. On July 19 we sent a text to Brittney checking on the refund. No answer. On July 25 we sent a text checking on our refund. No answer. On July 27 I left a voice message asking her to call. No response. On July 29 we sent a text notifying her that we would be filing a claim with the BBB. She responded in about an hour. She then stated in that text that she would be sending our refund “shortly”. After two weeks we sent another text. She responded to that text saying “you breached the contract by removing him permanently from training for no good reason other than pansy feelings” and that we were lucky she was even considering refunding our money. So why did she promise twice in two previous texts to send us a refund? At the time we dropped our horse off we asked for a copy of the contract. She said her copier was not working and she would send us one. We never received it. We have since asked numerous times for a copy via email and text. We still have not received one as of August 23, 2017.
