Our manufactured home had terrible, cheap countertop, plastic sinks that were de-laminating, and pressed board cabinets with plastic wood grain. Our shower was a plastic inset that had built-in seats taking up much of the space. Dave and I discussed what I wanted. He recommended a specific company's products (Onyx) and I priced them and others at the local home stores. The cabinets available cost $500-1000 and were mostly pressed board, which I hate. I said I would build them myself and Dave agreed to that. The Onyx products (vanity top and shower) were also available through Lowes and the bathroom expert there said she thought they were one of the best. Dave ordered the products direct from the manufacturer, and helped me select doors and other accessories for the shower. I built the cabinets in the time it took for our order from Onyx to arrive. Dave and his assistant were on time, worked hard, and completed the jobs in a timely fashion. The vanity and sinks were installed in one day, the shower in two and a half days (part of that for re-plumbing to bring it up to code.) The results are fantastic! We have a quality shower that is beautiful and more accessible, with ADA standard grab bars and lower lip to step in. The sinks are big and gorgeous. Don't have before photos but here is the final result. The Onyx products were about 10% more than others but worth it for the lifetime warranty. Price includes everything but my cabinets, which cost about $200 to build myself.

Doyle has performed these services for me for more then 5 years. Twice a year he performed system checks on septic system and helped maintain system in excellent condition. He was always on time and when questions concerning system came up was quick to respond.

Steve and his staff are always here before or when they say they will and take care of all problems in a timely and professional manor.  And in addition, their prices are fair and their response time in minimal.  We can't recommend them higher than 'A' but if we could we would!

Showed up very professional and personable. Explained what he was doing and why each step of the way. Amazing customer serve and really went the extra mile to make sure I understood everything and was fast and professional. The company is my go to plumbing company in the lake of the Ozarks from now on. !!!!!! I could not be happier.

,After the HVAC company installed the conversion kit, changing over from propane to natural gas, our furnace started not working right. After nearly a month of different people coming out, from the HVAC company AND the Summit they THOUGHT they'd found the problem. The HVAC company changed the board & ignitor, $300.00, that worked for 4 days. Summit sent out a tech, he was nearly clueless about furnaces & couldn't find the problem. So tech from HVAC co came out again. Switched 2 wires on gas valve, furnace worked for 2 days. Then HVAC co said Summit would need to find & fix the problem. Summit sent out a MANAGER & he thought he found the problem but said he'd HAVE to come back the next morning. 3 men showed up close to noon. They came determined to fix it. After about an hour, & trying several different things, my step father AGAIN suggested they check ground wires. This time they listened & found the wire to the gas pressure valve wasn't connected. So far the furnace has worked for 2 days.
Summit was very nice & cooperative, they wanted to make it right but took nearly month! We have stayed with natural gas & will stay with them unless the trouble persists. Our furnace worked great on propane.

Even after we told him the area the tank was located, he maintained he'd been there before and we were wrong. Finally, after 30 minutes pounding a metal stick into the ground in the wrong place, he listened and moved to the area we indicated. He was once again pounding the metal rod in the ground, listening for it to hit metal, when we had to make him stop. He asked Why without looking just behind him at our propane tank. If he'd hit the underground line I wouldn't be writing this. At that point he said he couldn't locate the tank and left. We weren't charged and no work was actually done, but that's because he was careless and refused to listen to us. We have lived in this house since 1998 and KNOW where our septic is located.

From initial phone call to completion of job, I felt very confident they knew what they were doing. We are planning a basement project that will require plumbing and will let Four Seasons Plumbing do the work.
