Started off nice enough - they sent me an email to let me know who would be giving me an estimate of the work to be performed and when they would come to my house. I knew things were wrong when they a) sent the person to the wrong address, and b) called me by a completely different name in the email. Steve Barr did an excellent job, and not only fixed the leak but also realized the gutter was clogged and a window needed to be sealed and a gutter pipe needed to be replaced and he fixed all.
