Fine at first, the job was well done for a year. Then the owner stopped showing up on time, doing a thorough job and frequently cancelled appts. She would say that her breast hurt or she was having migraine headaches but could come the next day. She also wants to bring her young daughter and expect you to watch her while she cleans. We actually became friends and I would loan her photography books...

At first very good. But then stopped showing up on time and started cancelling appts. Hired others who were not thorough or showed common sense like putting dirty throw rugs on a clean bed and leaving them there. We became friends and I loaned her photo books and a collection of DVDs which she now refuses to return! That is called stealing!!

She does an outstanding job. She is also flexible if you need to change your day or time. Another big plus for me is that she does really well with my dogs. I would highly recommend her.

As part of this house cleaning service, she cleans the floors, bathrooms, kitchen appliances and all surfaces, etc. A plus is that she uses organic cleaners plus she does a little something extra every time.
