FHandy was scheduled to clean my house. I specified I needed the work to be scheduled/completed by the end of the week to meet my deadline. They ensured me they would be able to get the work done and scheduled a 4 hours time slot for me. The day came and I received a notification at the scheduled time that the cleaning professional was unavailable and they would reschedule the cleaning. I called and made sure they understood my situation. They again assured me the next time slot would work out and everything was going to work out. The scheduled day came and again I received the notification my professional was unavailable. I will not be requesting services from Handy again.

AEverything went great from start to finish - I'm very pleased with the experience and their work! I wanted a general contractor type of company that could come in and just take my hand-drawn vision on graph paper to a fully completed project, and that's exactly what they did! I wanted to not have to worry about coordinating different contractors to do pieces of the work and have to babysit the process, worry about workers not showing up and throwing off the rest of the schedule, and have things drawn out over months and months, like we had done upstairs. My husband and I knew the kind of company we wanted would come with a higher price tag than patchwork contractors, which it did, but it was well worth it for the headaches and time they saved me!! They were always on time, highly communicative (which is very much appreciative and not always present in the construction business), and very pleasant to work with! They didn't even blast music like most construction crews, which made for the best possible experience having others in your home every day for several weeks. Even minor sticking points we ran into (couple of wrong parts ordered, door & schedule changes, etc.) were no big deal to hash out. Everyone always made time and was patient with answering my questions and addressing requests or concerns, which was awesome. Even when I was laid off after signing the contract and needed to find more work in a tough COVID-19 market so needed to delay the start date, Tom worked with me. They made sure we're 100% satisfied, which we very much are! The quality of work is great, and everything looks amazing as you can see in the photos below!

DDifferent people; smokers; inconsistent; emailed pictures of the Masterbath the day it was cleaned because it was done in such a haphazard way. Response was quick but did nothing. Late; car trouble; van broke down. She came and gave me a list of what they would do. Said they used non-toxic when possible; said no swiffers would be used. All hands and knees for floor. The one lady who I had never seen before was under my kitchen cabinets looking for a brillo pad and when I looked from upstairs there was a swiffer hand duster laying dust side down on my carpet. I am not sure on the last date of service so the approximate date above is a guesstimate..
