    I absolutely would not recommend this Pharmacy. They told me what my price was and how many pills I was getting. Then I got it in the mail and they charged me a different amount and gave me the wrong amount of pills. I called them and they acted like it was my problem and said they would not make it right. So unprofessional. They were so blatantly wrong and still refused to make it right. So disappointing

    The first appointment went quite well. I was seen within a few minutes of my appointment. A nurse explained what would happen during the appointment (records review, blood pressure, temperature, one blood test,madditional screening if the need arose (it didn't). All went well and I left. The office gave me a voucher for the parking garage.

    The day of surgery, I was processed in efficiently. The only problem was that I was required to prepay for the surgery, and although this was he second attempt (the credit card processor was down the day of my screening), I was told to wait for the bill. Not a problem (yet). When my time came, I was escorted to a pre-surgery bed. All of the medical personnel introduced themselves, explained what was going to happen, answered my questions, and were efficient. I met most of the surgical team before the operation. The operation went well and I remained overnight for observation. The nursing staff was efficient, answered my questions, and met all of my needs.

    You can get into them very easily. They're good on availability. Effectiveness of treatment is "F" and that killed me. That's how I ended up at Mercy (00:17:05 inaudible) because they gave me medicine that (00:17:13 inaudible) but I probably would not do well and they didn't listen to me so I just thought killed me (00:17:55 inaudible). They know they probably killed me. I don't understand the billing is so confusing in a hospital like that (00:18;18 inaudible) but I'm no going to pay them. I don't know what you should have to do, you would have to make me unconscious before I would go back there.

    I just changed to Humana Rx Plan for my prescription drugs. My doctor sent them 6 prescriptions to be filled for meds that I have been taking for years. They delayed or screwed up all six of the prescriptions. They sent me a new book on what they covered and how much they pay, then they claim that they changed all of the coverages. This was a new book for 2015.

    My mother was transported from St. Luke's Urgent Care clinic at Wolfrum to Progress West ER because her blood pressure was extremely high and she was not thinking clearly.
    The staff in the ER treated her very promptly and followed up with tests that determined that she had had a stroke and arranged for her transport to and quot;big Barnesand quot;.
    What I noticed was that they were very fast, kind and kept us completely up to date with what they were doing. I felt confidence that they knew what they were doing. It was a clean space.
    I know one time my grandmother was taken there and we experienced the very same care!
    I was impressed with this hospital from the experience I've had so far.

    Attempted to first call around 12pm (CT) and had to hold on the line. Called back two hours later and was able to get a customer service representative on the phone after only about three minutes. The representative was courteous but seemed a little rushed--like there may have been a time limit associated with my phone call. I was initially looking for a covered dental provider but the representative could not locate them by city or zip code. I later had to go to their online site to confirm that the provider I wanted was covered. I then inquired about about a specialist, and whether he would be covered on my insurance plan, and the phone rep. was able to quickly confirm that the specific doctor (whose name I already had) was covered. I asked about a surgery I was supposed to have in the near future and was told that the procedure was covered--the rep. neglected to tell me however, that there would be a 30 % co-pay; which financially I was not prepared for. The coverage is very good as long as you stay within network. They have a wide selection of excellent physicians on their list of covered providers and overall that is why I am satisfied with their service. I receive a very good discount on their coverage through my employer, however, were it not for my employer I would not be able to afford this health insurance.

    I have been going there for 30 years. It's convenient. I really like the fact that all of your records are on the computer. You can actually log in through the internet, and see your test results. You can request for prescription refill. I just like the convenience of that.

    We were promptly seen by the admitting clerk. There was no one else in the waiting room. It took between 5-10 minutes to be evaluated by the triage nurse, and we were promptly shown to a ED room. He was quickly seen by a doctor, who confirmed it was probably a spinal headache, and sent for the anesthesiologist on duty. The anesthesiologist is the person who needs to perform the procedure to remedy a spinal headache. We were both very impressed by the anesthesiologist's bedside manner and knowledge. He was very kind, and explained the procedure thoroughly before beginning, and again along every step of the way. He made sure my husband was doing well and had answered all questions before discharging him. I was surprised to receive a follow up phone call from the anesthesiologist himself (not a nurse!) about 36 hours later checking up on my husband.

    The ED was notified of our imminent arrival by our pediatrician's office, so they were expecting us upon arrival. We were triaged within 10 minutes of arrival. This was the first time I'd been to a hospital with a separate pediatric ED, and I was pleased with the specialized pediatric care. Although my son is a teenager and I don't think it mattered to him, it was nice to be sent to a separate waiting area which was quieter and calmer. I'm sure it would make most children much less nervous not seeing the hustle and bustle of a large hospital's ED. The triage nurse was friendly and thorough, and we were brought to a room about 5 minutes after being sent to the pediatric ED waiting room.
    The doctors and nurses were quite friendly and treated my teenager with respect. They listened to his concerns and complaints and responded quickly to his needs. He needed to have blood work done, have an IV with fluids, and have a urinalysis. Our entire visit lasted somewhere between 2-1/2 to 3 hours, which I felt was reasonable due to the amount of tests run, and the need to hydrate my son with IV fluids.
    I would certainly recommend Mercy Hospital for Pediatric ED visits.

    The visit went great!  This was my first time using a Take Care Clinic and I couldn't be happier with the service.  Being able to make an appointment online was very convenient and I did not have to wait long once I arrived at the clinic.  The staff was courteous and professional.  They did a problem focused exam, took a sample, and then prescribed me an antibiotic, which they electronically delivered to the pharmacy of my choice.  I used the Walgreens the clinic was in and my medicine was ready in less than 10 minutes.  Best of all, with my insurance I only had to pay my standard Dr. copay!  Very happy customer.
