    CoCara Remodeling LLC
Shawn (owner) and his men (AJ, Eddie & Mike) were very professional, courteous & pleasant to work with. They protected my flooring throughout my home and cleaned up their work every day throughout the duration of the project. Many thanks to AJ who was very particular in making sure it was done right. I wouldn't hesitate to use CoCara again, especially knowing they not only do bathroom remodels, but other work as well.

Jackson Custom Homes & Remodeling LLC
I have used Frank Jackson before, and was once again pleased with the work done. I needed the interior of my condo painted, as I was anxious to place my home on the market. There are many vaulted ceilings and a lot of woodwork. Although my condo is only about 1600 square feet, I thought thought the job seemed very challenging. Frank came by and quoted a price of about $5000.00 ( including paint of course.) As I was in a hurry, he had a crew of 3 workers start the following Monday. They worked 6 days total, and the result was just beautiful. All walls were a light grey with white woodwork. They finished painting July 30, 2018. I was able to put condo on market August 6,2018. It sold August 7 for $7000 over asking price. Maybe I would have had the same result without the outstanding paint job, but I seriously doubt it. The condo I am moving to will need some work. I already know who I will be calling for that work--Jackson Custom Homes.

Bill, the owner, is hands on with all projects. He is doing the work himself or supervising his crews. He is professional and reasonable. I will use his services again for future projects. His latest excellent work for me included building new deck stairs, sealing the deck, putting siding/soffit/gutters on my home, electrical work. Bill is a man of faith and will treat you right.

    Terbrock Remodeling & Construction
We chose Terbrock Remodeling and Construction to build our new addition that consists of a 3rd car garage (with insulation and drywall), covered patio and uncovered patio for a hot tub. And we couldnt have been more happy with the results. Tom and his crew are experienced craftsmen and they did a fantastic job. Early in the process, Tom was able to take our vision, help us firm up the design and provide a reasonable estimate. And the entire project was completed on budget. I can see why this construction company is in demand. If youre dreaming of any size construction or remodeling project, I highly recommend taking your vision to Tom and start the process by getting an estimate. You might be surprised how close you can be to having your dreams come true. -Satisfied Customers

    Ram Contracting
Ram Contracting Al Harper owner committed to do a complete gut rehab on a house in 5 weeks from April 14, 2018. They came in and gutted the house and work totally stalled. The house is left in worse shape then it started. They left a shell with no kitchen, baths or plumbing. I called numerous times left countless messages, emails and text and the owner not only didn't; take my calls or return them. He Didn't let his office answer my calls. He never communicated with me about the delays or lack of work. He has taken over 20,000 dollars with about 6K worth of work done. They have made no attempts to make this right even after I sent a certified letter asking for a resolution. We finally after months sent formal notice he was fired from the job and he has not returned our money for that work that was never completed.

    The Hungry Carpenter LLC
The deck seems to be generally well made. However, four of the perimeter boards were installed backwards so that the rounded edge that should be outward and visible is facing inward and the grooved inner edge that should be hidden is facing outward. When I first brought this concern to the builders attention, he tried to blame the problem on the supplier, saying that the supplier had sent me two different types of perimeter boards. The supplier, however, told me that there is only one type of perimeter board and that the builder had simply installed half of the boards backwards. When confronted with his lie, the builder changed his story and said that it was my responsibility to tell him that I wanted all the boards installed correctly. But of course I wanted them all installed correctly! It never crossed my mind that I had to tell him that I wanted him to do the job correctly! Also, the bottom step on the longer side of the deck was bowed in instead of running in a straight line. When the builder corrected that problem, it made the gap between the two planks that comprise that step uneven; the gap is narrow on one end of the step, rather wide nearing the other end of the step, and then becoming narrower again at the very end of the step. Obviously, something is wrong with the way in which that bottom step has been constructed. Eventually, the builder acknowledged that what is wrong is that he used a warped board in the framing of the deck but he has refused to replace that warped board. One additional concern is that one of the miter cuts at the corner of one of the steps has not been done correctly. The problem is not that the cut is not tight; rather the problem is that the builder made the cut in the wrong place so that the joint does not align with the other miter joints in the adjoining steps. When I brought each of these cosmetic issues to the builders attention, he insisted that he was not going to fix them unless I paid him to do so. I can see that I am going to have to pay someone to fix this builders sloppy finishing work; however, it most certainly wont be him! Clearly, this builder is not concerned with producing a good-looking, nicely finished product. He is simply concerned with collecting his money. His business card states, Failure is not an option, but obviously, he does not regard sloppy finishing work as failure. I beg to differ; cosmetically, my deck is a failure. We chose this builder because he had been both Certified and given the Super Service Award by Angie's List; our experience with this builder, however, was anything but "super service." This builder will tell you anything he needs to tell you in order to get your business, but when it comes to backing up his talk with quality workmanship, it doesnt happen. Find someone else who cares about quality.

    TIM THE FIX-IT MAN
Tim is a very talented and qualified handyman. His workmanship is very good and he is pretty precise. However, his timeliness and commitment leaves much to be desired. He was working on a rental property for me and missed date after date which ended up costing me additional utility costs because renter could not move in.

    Dan Weber General Construction LLC
The kitchen was done over a 6 week period. It went very well. Dan does a great job communicating what is going on. It is very helpful to know what is going on and what to expect from day to day. Dan was quick to fix any issues that came up throughout the project. There was great attention to detail. We had hardwood flooring added to preexisting hardwood. You cannot tell where one started or finished. The backsplash that we picked out was more complicated than it appeared to be. The time and patience that was put into installing it was amazing.
