    Greg's Car Care-A total nightmare-Completely Unethical-Run! ( On Westwood Drive, Weldon Springs, Mo.) Greg & his son lie, cheat, and intimidate their customers instead of taking accountability for their incompetence. He charged me almost a thousand dollars in the middle of Aug. to fix air conditioning that Never Worked. After I paid, I drove for 15 minutes sweating before it cooled down & it Never got cold. Greg said it was fine. Then it blew hot air in May. His son said it was low on freon & charged me. After I paid, he mentioned it showed a leak, but they couldn't find one. Really? Nobody else had trouble finding it. A day later, it blew heat again. I took it to two places approved by BBB, which Greg's car care is Not. Both said the compressor was bad, return it to Greg's cause it's under warranty. Greg's son snapped, "Take it to the dealership," & hung up. They refused to honor the warranty, or refund my money. The manufacturer has a process you follow when installing the compressor. They didn't do it, so they ruined the new compressor. I even offered to pay for the whole system except the compressor. His son said, "We're done." Can't find a mechanic that agrees with their unethical practices. It's illegal to keep cash for a job you can't fix. I have no choice but to report them & take further action.

    My husband had a tint job from this guy, he did a TERRIBLE job and when contacted he said he would fix it. After about a week he text my husband and said he would just refund because it would cost too much to fix, so we drove 30 min to his house to get the money he refused to give us in person and SHORTED my husband! When text about it he said he didn���t have the extra money so my husband suggested fb pay and he said ok. We sent the request which he ignored, 3 days later he text my husband and said if he wants the rest of the refund my husband needs to rip all the tint out and take it to him! Are you freaking kidding me!! Avoid this guy!! Tried leaving a review he has them disabled!! Can���t even leave comments on his page!! Shady shady!

    They have an enclosed glassed in area with leather sofas, a fireplace and another office area with food. When they service your vehicles they call you in a couple days to follow up with you. Their facility and the technical help you receive is outstanding. They take great care of you, wash your vehicle and give you a loaner if you need one. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

    AVOID AT ALL COST. If one star could be given it would. Repaired minivan, put in lesser aftermarket parts without asking or telling that non-original parts would be used. When part failed, wouldn't agree to either of the two reasonable restitutions offered and s basically told to get out of the shop. This same shop didn't repair a bolt in a tire that was brought in, and paid for to get repaired. When confronted, shop claimed it was a DIFFERENT bolt in the same tire that just happened to be in the same region and be the same size. This is also the same shop that told us we had a cracked oil pan, that never turned up again as an issue at this shop (despite never being fixed), never leaked oil and has not been found by two other shops.

    My experience was GREAT! Bob and Rob are two of the nicest people I have ever met! From the first day when I stopped in for an estimate, they were intent on helping me. Rob even made an adjustment to my front door that allowed me to open it at that visit. I knew I was in good hands when the insurance adjuster's bid was slightly higher and he said great things about Harvestowne when he asked where I thought I would take my car. I received regular texts and pictures during the repair process. They also finished slightly ahead of the projected end date! While I hope I never am in another accident, I would not consider using any other auto body shop than Harvestowne!!!

    I only take my car to where I bought it. I don't go to the small places. I always go back to where I bought it, because they know how to take care of my car. I always take my cars in every year. If it needs it or not, it's still going in. If you can't afford the car there, you don't need to be there. It's a Mercedes Benz. You better have a second job. I just shut my mouth and write the check. They're expensive. Quality is good. I guess you have to pay for quality. If you can afford a Mercedes, then you're not going to complain about how much the bill is going to cost. I just got a little smart car. They are always good about responsiveness. They don't make me wait when it's my turn. They're very nice. I will use them as long as I've got my car.

    Was so sadden that I had not one but 2 dents and paint scrapes on my brand new car. Bought the coupon for paint less dent removal. As this coupon would not work for my car, angles list gave me a complete refund for the coupon. WD Autobody gave me a quote similar to a quote I received for just repairing one of the dented areas and was able to get me in the very next week. They also adjusted the work time to save me money on having to rent a car another day and came in early so I can pick up my car before work. I would say that is above and beyond any service I have ever received from a car repair place. Thank you WD Auto Body I would highly recommend you to all my friends and family.

    My car looks excellent! I didn't think my old (11 yr old) car could look this way again! They were very friendly, but professional. The two young ladies who did the inside were great at what they do. I also like that they have a supervisor okaying everything before you get your car back. They even cleaned my mats. My friends can't believe the difference either. So happy!!!

    The gentleman on the phone I talked to was extremely rude, he kept cutting me off and talking over me. When i drove down to get my tire and rim and i spoke with Joe he was rude and walked away from me as i was telling him how i felt. I live in St Charles about 20 minutes away. I could easily take my business to Walmart but i have been a customer of Andy Wurm for over 10 years. I purposely drive that far because the shop did excellent work. From here on I will be taking my business elsewhere (which Joe seemed not to have a problem with). Ps. I took the wheel and tire to Walmart they put the tire on the rim and put it on the car for $19

    They did a great job! My car smells much better. I was also told that if the odor comes back I could bring the car back in so they really back up their service! The entire inside was detailed and they used an odor removal system. The car went from making all of my clothes and bags smell like smoke to just smelling like a car again.
