The HVAC and water heating systems were all one unit and it was a true miracle that West Heating and Cooling could help us so quickly. We called about 5-8 other companies - but Brian (owner) came to the rescue. Brian has so many years of experience that he knew very quickly what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to get us our water and heat as quickly as possible! I will say that he is the best professional in-home expert we have ever had. AElite Roofing & SidingI contacted the owner Jason Sherrow regarding a roof leak found during remodel of bathroom and he arrived at my home the same day to personally check the roof and the areas where leaks were discovered. He later even reviewed the paperwork from my insurance company and found they had failed to consider chimney flashing and a ridge roof vent in the cost estimate for roof replacement.. He worked with the adjuster and even e mailed him photos of my home to show this error. This saved me several phone calls to the adjuster and the frustration of dealing with insurance company myself.This was greatly appreciated. We chose the shingles for our roof using samples provided to use to compare at home. This made choosing a color much easier. Also want to say that another company in area told me there was a 4-6 week time frame for them to begin the work on my roof. Jason had workers at my home the next week and the roof was completed ( shingles removed and roofing replaced) in one day. The worker knocked on my door the morning they were scheduled to be there and then they went to work and roof was complete by the afternoon. I had asked workers if they could save the drip edge and other metal for me to recycle. When the job was completed they not only did so but placed it neatly in an area for me to load in my truck to take for recycling(even removed the nails from the drip edge for me). They also cleaned up after themselves very well. I was impressed by the crew being very professional and polite. Jason also stopped by the site that day to make sure all materials had been properly delivered. When he noted all the shingles had not been delivered he went to pick them up and helped to raise them up to the roof. The guttering and downspouts were done on another day the next week . The crew was again prompt and completed the work quickly. The quality was great. Jason answered all questions I had throughout the job pleasantly and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. ATHURMOND BROTHERS CONSTR COWe did not know we had hardwood floors under our carpet and Hired Thurmond construction to put in new hardwood floors. They showed us we had hardwood under the carpet and they just needed to be sanded and stained. We had the living room, hallway and all 3 bedrooms sanded and stained., I went to stay at my moms while they were doing this and they did a wonderful job. AStain Pro - Fence & Deck StainingI woke up to a brand new finished basement with standing water. I thought to myself, "who do I call" and the first thing that popped into my head was an ad I had seen in my local newspaper for The Flood Pro. A friend had used them and talked about how pleased she was with the work they had done at her house so I knew I could trust them. I made the call early on a Sunday morning over a holiday weekend. I was unable to reach anyone so I left a message thinking there was no chance I would be getting a call back before the work week would begin but to my surprise I was being called back in a matter of minutes. The Flood Pro is located North of Kansas City and I live in Chillicothe, which is about a 75 mile distance but they said they would go that far and took down directions to my home. Two representatives from The Flood Pro were at my door in less then three hours and I was never so glad to hear the door bell ring. The Flood Pro crew came in and immediately went to work extracting water from my brand new carpet in my kids' play area. The crew asked all sorts of questions about water line locations and suck and quickly determined that they needed to cut away a section of drywall to see the concrete foundation wall behind it. To my horror there was a large crack with water steadily streaming in and flooding under the wall into the carpet. The Flood Pro crew advised us on how to get the water leak stopped and gave us advice on who to call for the foundation repairs. They did not leave that afternoon until all the carpet pad had been removed from the house and no standing water was present. They sat down with me and detailed a plan of action on how to rectify the situation. I was so pleased with how they followed the job through to completion and my kids are back to playing. I do not consider myself a contractor by any means so it was helpful that they took the time to explain each step and the amount of time and money they estimated it would take. They were very accurate on both and I cannot be more pleased with the way things turned out. Since the water damage incident I have called on The Flood Pro to clean my air ducts and to clean my carpets as well. I was concerned about the amount of drywall dust that was in the home after construction but the builder did not clean it before we moved in. So when I read over some of their information during the water damage ordeal and saw that The Flood Pro also cleans air ducts I booked an appointment right away. I feel so much better knowing that my kids are breathing the cleanest air possible in our home and not a bunch of drywall dust particles. The Flood Pro also did a great job on the chocolate pudding stains left in the carpet from my little ones' fingers!!!- Molly B.

AExcellent experience from initial contact by the sales/estimator representative to final clean-up. Product was delivered on schedule and put in place on the roof quickly. Foreman showed up as soon as a few days of rain stopped to deliver trailer and was very knowledgeable and helpful on what to expect in time and inconvenience. Crew showed up on time and worked quickly and did the full job Friday thru mid-day Sunday to minimize time of inconvenience. Job looks great and they did a great job of clean-up.

FHad an appointment today to get foundation done, (8/21/18) didn't get a call till 3:30 letting me know that they won't be able to come till tomorrow. Not appreciated when I had to take off of work for this to be done! Now the next day and they were to be here between 8-9 didn't show up till about 10. I was told it was a one day project however they left at 3:45, and I will have to take another day out of work tomorrow for them to come back and finish since they need inside the house. Excessive cursing all day long, broke a pipe yet didn't bother to tell me, until I asked about it when they were leaving. Apparently they didn't realize I could hear what they were saying outside. They had issues with their tools working, one even asked if he should throw the thing through the window....nice to know they care so much about other peoples property. Was to receive a call back about compensation, I had to call again since no one could give me a call back. No communication and consideration for other people's time.

FThis company needs a lot of work on communication. I would be concerned about hiring them as their reliability is questionable as well. Requested estimate for basement remodel. Charged $600 for design work. I have the email trail to document the following. It took 5 weeks to get the design (drawing) no estimate. Had to call to ask for #’s. Took another week to get those. By this time there were details discussed that were not included in the quote. The estimate was inline with what we expected. Sent an email back to Don stating we were very interested but had some clarifications/questions. Waited 2 business days for an acknowledgement or a response then emailed to ensure they got our email. Office confirmed it was received but Don was working in the field. Waited another 2 weeks.... nothing. Requested money back, Don stated they don’t do that. So if you want design work only go ahead. Just don’t expect reasonable turn around delivery time or the expectation that they will or have the band width to do the job. Going elsewhere and pretty sure the next contractor will want to do their own “design work”.
