AC & H ConstructionBrandt's expertise has shone through, in every phase of his workmanship. He is very conscientious and thorough, giving as much care to the smallest of details as he does to the planning of the entire project. His overall knowledge of the building industry seems comprehensive. I have yet to have a question about building that he did not know the correct answer to. He is very easy to work with and was able to take detailed instructions about how I wanted things done and implement them in a flawless manner. He also was quick to point out any things which he thought would improve my plan, but did not implement those changes without checking with me first. In virtually every case I could see the wisdom of his suggestions and we ended up implementing them. Brandt is always courteous and trustworthy; his integrity shows through in everything that he does. He is one of those few workman that I would absolutely trust leaving my home and all of its furnishing in his care. I have worked with many contractors over the years; some of which I have had to fire. I cannot think of another one that I have been so pleased with as Brandt.- Don B.

FTrailhead Creations LLCJosh, "Sue's son", did most of the work. He would work 2 or 3 days a week and he was chatty. The cement crew did not put footers under the cement. Josh did not do certain things correctly. He had it mostly done and then he quit coming. They have left town and I hear they are in Florence, MO. They had lawsuits against them.- Linda D.

The paint job was completed in a timely manner and the house and garage ended up looking Great. AExcellent! The management & crew are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, reasonably priced, and great guys to work with. They fixed everything Thrasher Foundation Repairs did which caused extensive damage to my 1900's home relating to the foundation, stabilization of the joists, and limestone rock foundation walls. These guys do a top notch job with proven technique and equipment, they even clean up after themselves, and make sure every phase of work is understood and the home owner pleased. For any foundation or concrete work...this company should be your NUMBER 1 choice

AEverything went great from start to finish - I'm very pleased with the experience and their work! I wanted a general contractor type of company that could come in and just take my hand-drawn vision on graph paper to a fully completed project, and that's exactly what they did! I wanted to not have to worry about coordinating different contractors to do pieces of the work and have to babysit the process, worry about workers not showing up and throwing off the rest of the schedule, and have things drawn out over months and months, like we had done upstairs. My husband and I knew the kind of company we wanted would come with a higher price tag than patchwork contractors, which it did, but it was well worth it for the headaches and time they saved me!! They were always on time, highly communicative (which is very much appreciative and not always present in the construction business), and very pleasant to work with! They didn't even blast music like most construction crews, which made for the best possible experience having others in your home every day for several weeks. Even minor sticking points we ran into (couple of wrong parts ordered, door & schedule changes, etc.) were no big deal to hash out. Everyone always made time and was patient with answering my questions and addressing requests or concerns, which was awesome. Even when I was laid off after signing the contract and needed to find more work in a tough COVID-19 market so needed to delay the start date, Tom worked with me. They made sure we're 100% satisfied, which we very much are! The quality of work is great, and everything looks amazing as you can see in the photos below!

AEverything they have done has been exceptional! Greg was our on-site contractor and he was awesome to work with! He answered all our questions that he could or found the right resources to help us. There were a couple unexpected issues that came up (hidden in the walls) that they immediately took care of for us. Would recommend Erich and his team to everyone. Already have them set up for the next remodel project.

Cthis was the second time I have had windows and doors done by this company. The first salesman and crew were excellent. But our second interaction was horrible from start to finish. The salesman was pushy and didn’t answer questions very well; most of the time, he would answer the question with the question. I just stopped asking him anything. But the worst part was Aaron, the install manager; he was rude and condescending. He has no business dealing with people. They were supposed to install on 11-23-2020, but he started his workers chose not to come into work because it was cold and might rain. So 15 minutes after our scheduled install time, he called us to tell us this. It never rained, and had Aaron done his job and shown up, and the job could've been completed.

ARandolph Development (D&D Cabinetry) were perhaps the best part of our entire new home construction. Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! They operate with the utmost attention to detail--we are so pleased with the work they've done for us! Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home. We have enjoyed every moment of our involvement with this company...so much so, that we have added a few more jobs to their work list! (Wish is was possible to submit photos of the work they've done for us...although I'm not sure photos would do them justice) Call them if you are looking for professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, unique design, quality construction and materials, and timely work completion!
