AKaus ConstructionRocky built us an amazing house in Linn Creek. This is our vacation second home as we live and work in St. Louis. We first had Rocky demolish the old house that we currently had and then he built an amazing beauty from the concrete up 46 feet tall! It’s a sight to see from the lake. Stunning! We researched builders in the area and chose our top 3. Rocky is the “real deal” and a straight shooter and became our first choice to build this home. He is very honest and credible. When we went for our new home loan, the other two builders were not approved by the bank but Rocky was approved immediately. If you want a gorgeous custom home built, drama-free, this is your guy! We still use Rocky to do various projects. He is getting ready to build a master suite in the basement of this home. I will try and post pictures on here.- Bernard P.

AEverything went great from start to finish - I'm very pleased with the experience and their work! I wanted a general contractor type of company that could come in and just take my hand-drawn vision on graph paper to a fully completed project, and that's exactly what they did! I wanted to not have to worry about coordinating different contractors to do pieces of the work and have to babysit the process, worry about workers not showing up and throwing off the rest of the schedule, and have things drawn out over months and months, like we had done upstairs. My husband and I knew the kind of company we wanted would come with a higher price tag than patchwork contractors, which it did, but it was well worth it for the headaches and time they saved me!! They were always on time, highly communicative (which is very much appreciative and not always present in the construction business), and very pleasant to work with! They didn't even blast music like most construction crews, which made for the best possible experience having others in your home every day for several weeks. Even minor sticking points we ran into (couple of wrong parts ordered, door & schedule changes, etc.) were no big deal to hash out. Everyone always made time and was patient with answering my questions and addressing requests or concerns, which was awesome. Even when I was laid off after signing the contract and needed to find more work in a tough COVID-19 market so needed to delay the start date, Tom worked with me. They made sure we're 100% satisfied, which we very much are! The quality of work is great, and everything looks amazing as you can see in the photos below!

AVery professional team of people, We were able to contact them easily, if we had questions they contacted us back quickly. When they said they would be there to work at a certain time they were. It was so nice to see a team of workers who cared about quality of there work and clean up every day before they left. They completed the project on time and made sure we were happy with everything that was done.

AEverything they have done has been exceptional! Greg was our on-site contractor and he was awesome to work with! He answered all our questions that he could or found the right resources to help us. There were a couple unexpected issues that came up (hidden in the walls) that they immediately took care of for us. Would recommend Erich and his team to everyone. AI received four bids for the fence we wanted installed. I picked wood link because of their responsiveness in the bidding process and that they could build the fence quickly. They gave us a bid a day or two after we contacted them and the fence was installed within 10 days. The whole process went very well. Wood link let us know via text when they were coming and kept us updated on the process. The quality of their work was excellent. The posts, stringers and fence boards were good quality. They built a gate for us and it looks good and works very well. I highly recommend them.

Cthis was the second time I have had windows and doors done by this company. The first salesman and crew were excellent. But our second interaction was horrible from start to finish. The salesman was pushy and didn’t answer questions very well; most of the time, he would answer the question with the question. I just stopped asking him anything. But the worst part was Aaron, the install manager; he was rude and condescending. He has no business dealing with people. They were supposed to install on 11-23-2020, but he started his workers chose not to come into work because it was cold and might rain. So 15 minutes after our scheduled install time, he called us to tell us this. It never rained, and had Aaron done his job and shown up, and the job could've been completed.

ARandolph Development (D&D Cabinetry) were perhaps the best part of our entire new home construction. Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! They operate with the utmost attention to detail--we are so pleased with the work they've done for us! Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home. We have enjoyed every moment of our involvement with this company...so much so, that we have added a few more jobs to their work list! (Wish is was possible to submit photos of the work they've done for us...although I'm not sure photos would do them justice) Call them if you are looking for professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, unique design, quality construction and materials, and timely work completion!
