    I would highly recommend Metro Blinds, Shutters and Shades! After getting several bids for blinds for my entire house, Metro's prices were very competitive. Michael was by far the best choice due to his knowledge of the product and options, his follow through and honesty, and response to my many questions. Once my blinds were delivered, they were installed the next day. Needless to say, working with Metro was a very joyous experience leaving me feeling extremely proud to help Mr. Cabello get this business started, and to get my house looking fabulous.

    Great, they saw that I was missing some valances from older blinds, so they sent me the hardware to put them up. Cannot buy this at stores, and they did not charge for that. I have used them in the past, and would highly recommend them.

    Paulette's expertise and professionalism were perfect. I wanted to replace the drapes for a large living room window that takes up almost the entire wall. I sent Paulette pictures of the room in advance, and she brought several samples that would have worked well - including one in particular which she thought would be perfect and I agreed. She advised that this was an expensive fabric and offered to look for more options; I appreciated the forthrightness but opted for that choice regardless. She was present for the installation which went quickly and smoothly. The installer made an adjustment that was needed with the rod and closure mechanism. I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience.

    It started out very well with Jim, the owner arriving at initial appointment.... I expressed my concerns about holes being put in our "brand new" french doors..... He assured me that two small holes per shade would be drilled in each door to attach the shade... I paid 50% down payment over the phone the next day.... Aug. 29, 2017... On Tuesday, September 19, 2017, two young guys named Chris and Dustin arrived to install my shades.... They were very unkept and both their hands looked quite dirty.... In a joking manner, I asked, " Aren't you guys going to wash your hands before unwrapping my shades.... The shades were off white and susceptible to hand stains.... Chris was the only one to wash his hands... Dustin grabbed paper towels to pick up my shades.... I guess that was suppose to make me feel better.... They started measuring the trim around the glass when I asked, "Aren't you just going to measure from the top of the doors and work that way ? Chris remarked that the shades were constructed differently than he was use to installing.... Chris made several trips outside to call his boss.... Time was passing and I was becoming concerned... When Chris and Dustin "finally" decided to drill holes, Dustin was standing on a ladder holding the shade, while Chris was trying to drill holes.... Chris was complaining that Dustin was not holding the shade in proper position... Dustin was so short, he had a very hard time holding the shade in place.... Two holes were drilled and shade was up and crooked.... When they brought the shade down the two holes in the door were not level by 1/4 in.... It was at that time I told them to stop and I called my husband... Chris and Dustin became very rude and disrespectful..... My husband spoke with Jim the owner and 2 of his brothers were suppose to install shades the next day.... Later that evening, after speaking to my husband, we decided to just get the blinds and install them ourselves... My husband was out of town ... He called Jim early before the next appt to tell him our decision.... My husband paid the balance minus $30 for install fee...by phone. (Could you spare the refund?) A guy (I did not get his name) came to deliver the shades.... I told him I needed to inspect shades before signing the ticket.... He opened the box.... The one shade has two (unlevel) holes in the back of shade.... I took pictures and told the delivery guy that something would have to be done with this. He replied, " That will have to be taken up with Jim".....I proceeded to show him the crooked holes in my door.... When I was trying to contact my husband, the delivery guy remarked, "I have other work to do...!" I said, " Well I am a customer too!" I had not finished making notations on the ticket....The delivery guy "grabbed" the ticket off the table , ripped off his copy and stormed out the door.... I called my husband and told him what happened.... My husband put in a call to Jim... Jim told my husband if he puts up the shade and it is crooked, he will remake the shades.... I will update if review changes....

    Their pricing is average. We had a problem with their responsiveness. I probably would not use them again. It wasn't three days; it was like two or three months. I never saw the rep after she gave and wrote up the order. The installers came twice but there was no contact in between. There was no communication in those three months from anybody. This was my only experience with them.

    Seamless process. Took the blind in & was given a tentative estimate & time for replacement of slat. Within an hour or two received confirmation of said. Were pleased when we received call that repair was complete ahead of schedule and cost less than estimate. Have always been pleased with product and services we've received from these people
