AGreen Tree Home SolutionsI was TOTALLY satisfied with the work Greentree did on my house. My contact guy was Mr. Bill Majers. He got up on the roof with the insurance adjustor and indicated all the places where there was hail and wind damage. They worked with my insurance company to get the entire project covered by my insurance. The roofers were fast and very efficient. Luke, a very professional young man, who was an incredible liaison between me and the work that needed to be done, brought a lot of confidence and assurance to the whole process by ensuring the work was to my liking, on time, and done with professional care. The team exceeded all of my expectations as a customer. When they installed my roof it took them about 4 hours to quickly tear down, apply new, and clean up the entire job site. I am extremely satisfied with the work and with the team. AWildwood Roofing & ConstructionThey tore off the old shingles and replaced the entire roof. They also repaired gutters and a leak around the chimney. I counted 14 men working on it and completed it in a day. They were careful with my landscaping and cleaned up before they left. Luke was my sales guy and he was a huge help! It was also a joy to work with Lorrena Eyster, office manager, as she kept me informed and updated on each step taking place. From the beginning to the end Luke was very informative, patient, and made sure that I understood every process taken and was satisfied. He also told me he wanted to be present with my insurance adjuster to make sure everything was included in the damage, which I appreciated. He was on time with each visit and brought samples of the roof for me to choose from. The work was done in one day and I was extremely satisfied. My cable antenna was slightly out of line and I told Luke and he had someone come out the same day and fix it for me.- Pamela C.

AI was very impressed with this company and how smoothly everything went. We had hail damage, and Russ came out to view the damage and give us a bid. Everything happened in a timely manner. Russ was very nice and followed up with all my questions. Sarah was so very nice to deal with through the entire process! She was very good about keeping me up to date through emails, checking on us to make sure we didn't have any emergency leaks, and was in contact with us every step. She was also very good at helping us pick out the color of our shingles. I was very uncertain, and she brought several samples out to the house, took time to help me compare them and helping me to pick out the best match. She was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this company and we will use them in the future. Everyone was very professional, and easy to work with and the end product looks great!

AOutstanding service from inspection of the roof to completion! This is a locally owned roofing company that treats their customers with prompt service and more importantly, quality work. They had done some minor work for us over the years with missing shingles, Dish satellite removal from roof and repair, always with prompt service. When it came time for the full roof to be replaced, Rob at Conner Roofing was my first call. Their bid was very competitive, they use quality products and have one of the best warranties out there in the St. Louis/St. Charles market. The team that put on the new roof did a fantastic job plus they covered our bushes, deck and other areas to ensure no damage. When they left for the day, the roof was perfect and the yard was spotless of any roofing debris. Excellent, quality work. I highly recommend Conner Roofing.

AI wanted to comment on the professionalism Michael and company have displayed. After a recent storm i contacted several companies either didnt get return correspodence or was told only doing full roof replacements at this time. I turned to Angies list and contacted Watermark exteriors. Michael promptly called back and scheduled an appointment. He notified me in route, and professionly adviced me on situation. It turns out it will be a small project but I was treated as a valuable and important customer. I have full confidence job will be done professionally. I am gratefull they took the time for me and my small project, where other companies didnt have the time. They came and completed project, and it was good experiene from start to end.
