AGreen Tree Home SolutionsI was TOTALLY satisfied with the work Greentree did on my house. My contact guy was Mr. Bill Majers. He got up on the roof with the insurance adjustor and indicated all the places where there was hail and wind damage. They worked with my insurance company to get the entire project covered by my insurance. The roofers were fast and very efficient. The team exceeded all of my expectations as a customer. When they installed my roof it took them about 4 hours to quickly tear down, apply new, and clean up the entire job site. I am extremely satisfied with the work and with the team. They were very efficient and even the process of estimating and getting it scheduled was handled very easily and professionally. They did a great job and turned my rotting and paint peeling wood fascia into a much better looking product covered in aluminum. They also didn't try to upsell me like a lot of the other companies I got estimates with. Other companies told me I would also need new gutters because they would have to remove them anyway to cover the fascia (my gutters are fine) or that I would need to cover the soffit... Wildwood did just what I asked and wanted without trying to make it a bigger job. I would definitely hire them again.- Brittany D.

AWildwood Roofing & ConstructionThey tore off the old shingles and replaced the entire roof. They also repaired gutters and a leak around the chimney. I counted 14 men working on it and completed it in a day. They were careful with my landscaping and cleaned up before they left. Luke was my sales guy and he was a huge help! ASignature ExteriorsI requested a roof inspection to investigate a leak. Leak cause was determined, but the inspector also found unrelated hail damage. At inspector's suggestion, I successfully proceeded to obtain a roof replacement via insurance claim and upgraded the gutters. They were a great company to work with. Communication throughout the process could have been improved, but it was sufficient. I will use Signature Exteriors again, if needed.- Greg K.

We were grateful for the advice and education about the products, the help in color selection, attention to detail, follow-up with communication, willingness to work with bone-chilling weather and most importantly, the new look is really impressive. AThis is the second time I have used this company. I had our roof replaced last July, 2018 and was pleased with the work. I called Jim again needing our gutters inspected, and he is very fast at getting back to you and getting estimates that we needed quick due to our house being under contract. After inspecting, we found out that our gutter was clogged and one had a broken strap that was causing the gutter to overflow causing the small leak in our basement. I definitely would recommend St. Louis Roofing & Renovation LLC.

AI had STL Build Pro come out to my home and do a complete makeover in my living room. They installed crown molding and repainted all in two days. Despite the snow, the installers and painter showed up both days prior to 7am to ensure the job was completed. The installers and painter could not have been any more professional the entire time they were in my home. I would not only hire STL Build Pro for any job, but would highly recommend them to all my friends and colleagues for any work they may want done. Thank you guys again!
