As an insurance broker, my job is to make sure that my clients are taken care of and most especially during the time of a loss. Whether its fire, mold, water back-up, storm damage, or flood, CSM is the only company I have my clients call. Not only do they have the latest and greatest equipment in the industry, their customer service is exceptional. Their response time has blown other restoration companies out of the water and I know that they can call them any time of day or night and they will be there. I have brought them onto jobs on a Saturday morning where other restoration companies told my clients they would be there Monday. I see my clients go through losses and this time, I was the client in my own home with a water loss. My washing machine drained from the bottom and we didnt know it was happening. Water was everywhere!

We hired this company to repair 2 houses after a tornado.  My insurance paid them and they charged me $13,000 extra.

Please do not use this company for any services.  We had a porcelain tile floor put in starting from our laundry room, going into the kitchen and then down the hall encompassing a bathroom.  My husband and I purchased the tile from another company.  There was nothing wrong with the tile or the mortar I purchased.  The installation was horrendous.  We purchased 18" tiles and had the two men put the tiles on a diagonal throughout.  The crew CSM sent out was in no way knowledgeable about tackling a project like this.  Two contractors were not enough to do the job, and the project manager was never on site.  The mortar started flaking and coming out within 3 days of when the job was completed.  The porcelain tile which should last a lifetime, started cracking.  I called numerous times with no one calling us back.  Finally, I contacted the manager, and he agreed to come to our house.  He looked at the work, and he even said the work was not done correctly.  He agreed to replace over 24 tiles to see what that would do.  The manager sent the same two workers out again, and the same thing happened again.  I have had grout specialists out to our house, and all have said that the application of the mortar as well as how the tiles were installed was done very poorly.  The installers did not have any idea of what they were doing.

CSM removed mold from our basement bathroom and family room and re-built walls that had needed to be removed.
