Excellent - they were very fair and thorough.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Insulated a bedroom wall. The wall was being repaired due to tornado damage. Upon inspection the insulation was many years old and had shrunk to near nothing. We called Aladdin by recommendation of the contractor as well as by all the good recommendations on Angie's list. There was some struggle for Aladdin to respond quickly as our contractor was waiting to complete the work. But in the end Aladdin made good by giving a discount and an upgrade in insulation. Aladdin recommended the carpet insulation over the spray in due to this being a bedroom. Aladdin was very professional and explained all that they were doing. They also checked the insulation in our ceiling and declared it to be OK. I would highly recommend Aladdin and I would definitely use them again.

This company was recommended by our heating and cooling company but I only called Aladdin after I checked Angie's List. I called Aladdin 1-24-14 to ask for an estimate to solve some problems with a very chilly basement bathroom and an attic bedroom that wouldn't cool much in the summer. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
They blew fiberglass insulation into our attic. Repaired a vent that had come loose. Placed batts in the band joists in the basement. Placed batts above the ceiling over the basement bath. Placed batts on the walls around the basement bath.

They did fine but I have not noticed a difference in my heating bills; I expected to but I haven't. It has made the temperatures upstairs more tolerable.
