  • I have been using them since 2010. I have no problem with them and have no issue. They are very highly rated so getting an appointment is sometime an issue. The office staff is very good. I will recommend them.

  • this physician shouted out loudly to his staff nurse all my medical diagnoses and then say loudly where even the patients in the waiting area could hear, he's morbidly obese as well, make sure you write that down. i was so horrified he didn't use more discretion as not to embarrass me  in front of everyone. i used to think he was a great physician that cared but after that incident, i will not ever visit him again.

  • I believe Bond Clinic has the best physicians in the area. Wait times for an appointment are sometimes several days, but sometimes only a couple.
My primary care physician took time to listen to my list of issues and performed a physical examination of each of my joints that was giving me problems. I was kind of hoping for something besides and quot;old ageand quot; but...
I had to come back for a second blood test after fasting, but the blood draw was on site and prompt both times. Results were mailed to me within 72 hours and had my doctor's initials -- no issues.
Billing however didn't go thru correctly and I'm now in the process of trying to determine if PCRMC has trouble talking to my insurance company or my insurance company has trouble listening. I'm pretty sure PCRMC screwed up as the insurance company's and quot;benefits deniedand quot; letter had a bad SSN on it.

  • I injured my wrist several years ago and it never healed properly. It had been giving me lots of pain for awhile. I went to a local
orthopedist and he diagnosed me with a condition called Kienboch's Disease, in which the Lunate bone in the wrist loses its blood supply and begins to die. This doctor sent me to Dr. Schippert at the Ferrell-Duncan Clinic. He examined my wrist and told me I needed to wear an immobilizing brace on my wrist for 3 months. They made the brace in their Therapy Dept. and everyone was very friendly and professional. My wrist is healing and feels better than it has in months.

  • I REALLY had a wonderful pregnancy experience with Mercy. Dr. Max Lungren was my OB and was very smart, informative, and comforting. I was dealing with a bit of a high risk situation and I appreciated how he handled my patient care and emotions to boot. The building is new, beautiful and comfortable. Even if you had to wait because he was delivering a baby, I didn't mind. There is a coffee shop and plenty of comfortable space to relax. The office is also very family friendly as long as your children are not too poorly behaved. They have toys, magazines and books for the children and, if you have a high energy child causing anxiety for all the emotional pregnant mamas, they have a corridor right outside the office to walk some energy off or look outside at the beautiful campus. Now, I did have an excellent experience over-all but if I had to say I had any complaint at all whatsoever, I would say you might need to write down your questions because Dr. Lungren does have a high energy about him that makes it easy to feel rushed even if he doesn't mean to - making it easy to forget what you were going to say or ask - which I did many times. All's well that ends well as we had a beautiful 9lb baby girl and all the fears were laid to rest thanks to Dr. Lungren and staff.

  • I arrived in the morning to be induced and from the reception staff to the nursing staff to the cleaning staff to the cafeteria staff - my experience was fantastic.  A passing by employee insisted on taking the time to walk us to our floor.  She passed us on to the amazing OB nursing staff who took great care of me and my baby when she was born.  I was hoping to have a natural delivery w/o drugs or epidural and they helped me stay positive and happy and achieve my goal.  They took all of my hopes and goals into consideration through the entire labor and delivery.  We will never forget our nurses and their care.
The only thing I didn't like was the tray delivered to the floor tasted like the plastic warming containers but if my husband went down to the cafeteria and brought something back it tasted fresh.  But the cafeteria staff cared so much they actually came up and apologized to me about it and promised to work on it.  I mean how sweet was that.  They were great!

  • He treats you like a person.  He sits down, makes eye contact with you, and talks to you like a person.  He has great punctuality.  I have referred a lot of my friends to him.  His staff is good.  His nurse is great too.

  • I received good service but he was just a little brisk. It took a couple of days to get an appointment. When I was there, I got in and out quickly. The longer I was there talking with him , the better the communication got.

  • When Dr. Johnson told me he could fix my foot problem, I was ecstatic. All along I had been told it was arthritis and basically nothing could be done. He did a great job on the surgery and the follow up visits went smoothly. I felt like he really cared about my recovery. He has a sense of humor and a gentle touch.
