DTop Gunn Family Construction, Inc.I would rate the gentleman who did the shower tile much higher than the overall rating. However, on the whole, very disappointed, especially with professionalism. They should never have quoted a job 100 miles away if was going to be such a problem for them. Drywall and paint in particular were not done well. I had to call an electrician after they left, because the knocked wires loose while doing installation and were unable to figure out the problem. They left without cleaning up after themselves. AScholes ConstructionWorkers arrived on time and stayed a full 9 hours for 2 days and returned for another 1/2 day when the washer dyer was installed. Tile flooring looks wonderful; you cannot tell where the new tile was installed. The new vanity is great and the washer dryer work well. My home is older and not easy to work on. The guys did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves every day. Plumbing and vent system work well. I will use them again!- Mary H.

AUnlimited Handiworks LLCIf an "A+" was an option, I'd have selected it. Erskine and his team did a tremendous job through each phase; demo, flooring, cabinet assembly, and finish work. Whenever there were unexpected challenges that arose, Erskine was quick and calm about communicating the issue and brainstorming possible solutions. He showed his expertise in so many ways, and he also took time to listen to our goals and vision for the project. It was clear, that making us happy with the final result was the ultimate goal for Erskine. And it's refreshing to see someone who enjoys their work as much as he does. Can't say enough about the integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. I'm looking for other projects around the house to work with Erskine in the future!- Doug S.

FNever got done. He walked away with $6,200 of our money that was paid as a down payment for the work after signing an agreement. Found out by checking that what he said he was putting in the bathroom wasn't as described in his personal in-home sales discussion. When confronted and we asked to cancel the agreement, he went to ground and never tried to contact us. We recontacted him and thought we had everything worked out, but then after our having to contact him, found out that the agreed upon start date was not going to happen. We stated we wanted to cancel the contract and demanded a refund. He went to ground again and never contacted us or responded to our request.

AThe owner of the company (Aaron) gave a complimentary estimate very quickly after I contacted him (within a day or two). He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The estimate I received was about half the cost of another reputable electrician in the area and I felt confident in his abilities to do a great job. We were able to schedule the work within a couple weeks (not because of his schedule but more-so because of mine). The work was scheduled the Monday following Easter which was a cold, windy day with snow on the ground (it had just snowed the previous day). I was certain I was going to receive a call asking to reschedule the job but instead, the electrician showed up on time and completed the work in the 1.5 hours that he predicted it would take. This was a different electrician from the owner that gave the estimate but he was also very courteous and knowledgeable. I was very impressed that he would brave the elements outside and get the work done on the promised date of service. The electrical outlet was installed and looks great! I would definitely use AC Wiring again!

AI called and asked for an estimate and they sent out a tech to review the situation. Once he reviewed the situation a sales person came out and we talked options. He offered several different unit types, some lower and some higher priced. He recommended replacing my entire HVAC system but the service tech said that the furnace was in good shape. I chose not to replace the furnace (doubled the price and reduces the efficiency of the AC unit) but the sales person didn't pressure me to do otherwise. They sent out 2 techs and they worked most of the day, had to leave to get some parts that were not packed with the unit once. Overall they were clean and courteous. Price was about what I expected. Only complaint was I was told they would return with warmer weather to check the unit but have not heard back. I plan and following up with that myself.
