FRNC Painting LLCIn April/May 2019, I contracted with Neese's Painting (also doing business as RNC Painting) to power wash and paint my deck in Columbia, Missouri. At the time, I advised the Neeses that the deck had to be completed because I was selling my house in early 2020 following an anticipated move to Australia. I needed the deck to be repainted so that all would be in good shape to present to potential buyers. My contract indicated that work would begin in August 2019. I paid the entire amount (approximately $850 in advance). In September 2019, I began reminding the Neeses that they needed to do the painting before the leaves dropped and certainly before the frosts began. The Neeses had a range of reasons why they couldn't paint the deck, and the those excuses carried on into the winter months, when they of course could not paint because of the weather. I was in constant contact with them prior to the date the house sold (May 2020), and although they promised to come do the work on several occasions, they never did so. I told them well before the date that the house sold that they would need to issue a refund if they did not complete the work, and they agreed that would be appropriate. Again, however, they failed to follow through. My last contact with them, an email dated May 28, 2020, indicated that they wanted to repay the amount due in two installments, one to be paid at the end of June 2020 and the other to be paid at the end of July 2020. It is now August 2020, and the first installment has not been received and the Neeses are not returning my messages. I do not recommend that you use this provider.- Stacie S.

ALiberty Painting & MaintenanceWe got them off of Angie’s List. Whoever is looking for their services, I would tell them that they got to call and talk to them and have them out for a bid. Our experience with them was excellent. Clayton is the owner and he was here. We had complete access to the owner at all times. There was no miscommunication. I do not know what more we could have asked for. We are retired and our money has to go a long way so we had talked to 8 companies.- Patricia G.

FRNC Painting LLCHorrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I lost $100.00. Beware of oral contracts! I hired RNC painting LLC on June 19th to paint a 10 by 10 concrete patio. They were supposed to have come back on that Monday to sand and paint the patio, no call no show. I had to call them on Friday. Once again, more excuses., but, promise to come back the next Friday which was a no show but, they did call with another excuse possible rain. but they said they would be back Monday, today. There was some water standing on the concrete and she said that they could not be able to paint and it would be Wednesday before they could paint. so, I fired them on the spot. The sad thing for me was on June 19th I paid them $100.00 to start the job 50 of it was a tip. They left not offering a refund nor did they give my tip back. I guess they needed the money.- Norma J.

ARNC Painting LLCI obtained Roberts name from Angies list and contacted him to provide an estimate for an exterior concrete wall around our home that needed to be repainted. The wall has columns and iron gates, along with sections of decorative iron pieces and light fixtures. Robert responded quickly and professionally and arrived on time to provide his estimate. He explained his process very thoroughly and after several other bids we hired Robert for our job. Robert scheduled us promptly and arrived on time and completed the work in the time frame he estimated. He did an exceptional job preparing the surfaces and protecting the decorative ironwork from over spray or unwanted paint. Everything went very well and we were very happy with the results. I would recommend Robert for any exterior paint job and would use his services again.- Brenda L.

ARandolph Development (D&D Cabinetry) were perhaps the best part of our entire new home construction. Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! They operate with the utmost attention to detail--we are so pleased with the work they've done for us! Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home. We have enjoyed every moment of our involvement with this company...so much so, that we have added a few more jobs to their work list! (Wish is was possible to submit photos of the work they've done for us...although I'm not sure photos would do them justice) Call them if you are looking for professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, unique design, quality construction and materials, and timely work completion!

AThey did a good job; I would hire them again. I received 3 bids on the job, and Gold Seal was the cheapest. I know, "you get what you pay for" but there are lots of things to fix in this house so I have to stretch the budget. They responded immediately to my request for bid, had someone out right away for the estimate, and kept following up until we were able to agree on a date. They convinced me the quality of paint they selected was just fine, and it was. They did everything as agreed, and it turned out great. I also appreciate they took the job, as I know it wasn't the biggest job around.
