They went out of their way to lay down tarps and keep dust to a minimum. Work was done with a minimum degree of inconvenience and follow-up was great. We had a minor issue with a basement freezer being left unplugged. This was an honest mistake and they stepped up immediately, took responsibility, and made everything right. He personally dug down to locate a drain pipe that had been covered up by landscaping. He told us he was pretty sure that was the problem and not a cracked foundation wall. Had he been unethical he could have told us it was cracked and proceed to expensive repairs. He was very knowledgeable and professional, as well as pleasant and friendly.- Judy B.

AStarted out sketchy, project was to start September 1 & 2 but no one showed up until I called them to ask where were they, and unfortunately due to COVID 19, the crew was out sick with virus. They rescheduled for Sept 7 & 8 and they arrived when stated and did a great job! They guaranteed waterproofing for life time; no water coming into my basement. Very pleased with the service.
