FAmerican Sun ControlWhat a terrible experience. American Sun Control installed a fence and 2 locking gates around our pool. We noticed, shortly after install that my 3 year old son could open the locked gate. It turns out, if you push down with just a little bit of pressure the lock disengages and the gate can swing open freely. I called American Sun Control and spoke with Steve Russell. He was courteous and assured me the issue would be resolved. I called and left several messages all of which went unanswered. After a month of no response I called and spoke with a manager, Pam. Pam informed me that the gate was working fine, but my son wasn't using it properly. I insisted that if a locked gate does not keep a 3 year old out of a pool, the gate is faulty. Pam became very unprofessional telling me that when she had young children she "watched her kids". What an unreal experience. I called my pool builder and he sighed. He informed me that they have terrible service, hates to use them and has heard many complaints from others. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.- Kris F.

We do anything from replacing a light fixture to building a whole house start to finish. We try to stay residential, but will do commercial remodeling, but not new construction. We do electrical, plumbing, framing, etc. We are a small, local business and right now have 5 employees and growing. We work hard and try to stay inexpensive.
