    Aqua Systems of Sullivan
Paul met with my husband and I the week before and tested our water. He explained their product and insisted we do our home work on other water softener systems. He wanted us to be truly happy with our final decision. We were ready to go with Paul's company right then. He had quoted us a price that was cheaper than what we spent on a Rainsoft system 22 yrs ago. Our history on this: 22 yrs ago a door to door salesman from Rainsoft had contacted my husband. He did his water test and sales pitch. I remember the water softening system being very expensive. The system we probably needed was more than I wanted to spend. They did set us up with a water softening system. But we now know it was inadequate for our needs. We spent $2500 on this system and they gave us a big supply of soap and cleaning products to go with it. The Rainsoft water softening system stopped working about 10 yrs later. At that point, my husband was frustrated with the cost of potassium. This is what was required ( instead of salt). I was frustrated with the maintenance and the inconvenience of Rainsoft being located in Cape Girardeau. So this time, I wanted to work with a local company. I logged into Angie's List, did a search, and Paul's company appeared. I read the reviews and checked out the website. I called the morning before Thanksgiving and Paul came out that afternoon. So at Paul's insistence I did do some more research. But my mind was already made up. The following week I called on Tuesday to make an appt to have a water softening systems installed. Paul's son, Rodney, came out on Friday and did the installation. He also was gracious about installing 3 shutoff valves for us so we could shut the water off to a bathroom to do repairs. He did charge us but it was very reasonable. Paul and Rodney are very accommodating. They both explained we could get salt from Walmart, Lowe's, etc. Or we can get the salt from them. And for a few extra bucks per bag they will deliver the salt to your home. The cost of the salt is very inexpensive (delivered or not) compared to the potassium we had to buy for the Rainsoft system. I highly recommend talking to Paul or Rodney at Aqua Systems of Sullivan if you!re looking for a water softener system for your home.

    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
I called Roto-Rooter at appx. 10:30am and they arrived at my house by noon. I had the pleasure of meeting their technician John Zensen. John was very courteous and polite. I described my issue to him and he asked to have a look. He first thought he would be able to solve the issue thru the sewer district man hole but soon discovered that was not an option. He informed me up front of the cost and when the man hole option fell thru he let me know the cost it would be if he pulled the toilet. I opted to pull the toilet myself (only because I was trying to keep the cost as low as possible). John brought his equipment into the house taking care to cover the wheels so as not to dirty our floor. He worked diligently in a small bathroom unclogging the main drain. After he was successful he had us flush the toilet in the master bath to ensure that everything was draining as it should. We flushed it a couple of times and it appeared to be ok but John wanted to be positive so he went and pulled the man hole cover again and listened as we flushed. Thank god he took these extra steps because had he not we would have had to call them back out because that drain also was clogged. We pulled the toilet and John quickly resolved the issue. John then ran his camera thru the pipes to ensure everything was flowing. He informed us that about 55ft out there was a bubble and that is where our issue began. He gave us the enzyme solution and told us how to use it. I cannot express how happy I was with John Zensen. He is a fine young man who is very proud of the work he does.

    Septic Services, Inc
The previous owners had them pump out the septic before my son and his fiance bought the house. We started having problems a couple of months later. Had a company come out. Said it didnt look like they had pumped it out, at least not the sludge. My son called them and whoever he spoke to said well if there wasnt a hose around that they could access then they dont.
We have talked to other septic companys and it sounds like they all carry a hose with them . My sons fiance talked to the company and they said it would cost $45 for a supervisor to come out and look at it.
We had a back up in the finished basement, had to rip up the carpet and pad. We moved in 4/30/14, the tank is full. It is a 1250 gal tank according to the records from the county . There are 3 people living in the house.
we are totally frustrated with this company.

    Royal Flush Plumbing Service, LLC
We first purchased a special through Angie's List for 2 hours labor and a whole house inspection.  Ben scheduled the appointment for 2 days after our initial call.  We were specifically having trouble with the shower leaking and he determined the problem, then made a call to the manufacturer and had the part shipped directly to him.  In the meantime, he did the whole house plumbing inspection and repaired one of the outside faucets.  It was important for us to have the inspection done, since we have our house on the market and having the inspection is beneficial for the sale of our home.  He came back 6 days later, after receiving the part from the manufacturer for the shower diverter, and repaired it, as well as replaced the other outside faucet that we were having problems with.  After Ben left, we realized that the shower handle had a little play in it and was somewhat loose.  He came right back out and fixed the problem.
We are very pleased with Ben's service and his professionalism.  His rates are competitive and we believe we got our money's worth for the several repairs that needed to be made.  Plus having him take care of getting the right parts for our shower diverter was a huge help!  And it was covered under warranty, so no cost for the parts!

My husband called on a Monday afternoon when he had a break from work to get a call in. When making the appt they said they could have someone out first thing tomorrow. We didnt know they made special arrangements to come out a half hour before they opened! My husband missed less work then we thought. Thank you Eric and Josh these are the servicemen we dealt with, for coming out early! They were great very personable, knowledgable and got the job done, they represented the company well. We will definetly use King Septic again.
