  • I called Jim about my CPU processor running constantly for several days. After running some cleanup programs and checking other items, he found that a large number of Windows 10 updates had been installed. He recommended that I install the Fall Creators Windows Update that replaces previous versions of Windows 10. After completing this full update, my CPU processor is running far less and is essentially back to normal.

In less than two hours, he removed my defective Windows 7 O/S, wiped my hard drive clean and did a clean install of Windows 10. He also saved and reinstalled by prior files.   • He showed up on short notice (I believe it was within 24 hours after we called).  Not only did he get rid of the malware; he provided a clear explanation of how it might have happened (clicking on pop-ups for additional software when downloading Open Office, even though  Open Office is a legitimate site) and how the malware creators made their money (eventually they get you to call a "Tech Support" line where they take over your computer, install more bad stuff and demand money to fix it).   

    It's been over a week and the computer is still running problem-free, but I noticed that a link for one of the programs that caused us trouble and was removed (Doc2PDF) showed up once in a browsing session.  I almost clicked on it thinking it was a link to a PDF of a file I wanted to see.  Be careful out there!

  • Technician was intelligent, knowledgeable, and friendly. Performed a thorough scan on my infected PC, removing all malware and adware and viruses, after my computer had been hacked. Answered all my questions, gave a detailed invoice of work done.
    Lower score for professionalism and responsiveness, as when I called to check on progress was told "I thought I had called and left you a message that it was done." The work was done within a very acceptable time frame though, this contact was after several contacts with the office person, who gave the impression that she was confused, disorganized, and out of touch with what was happening in the tech areas. This impression affected my professionalism score, as I was directed to coordinate with this individual, who put the wrong labor rate on my invoice, didn't know where my computer was when I came to pick it up, never called to advise the computer was ready (as promised), and made no effort upon my arrival to take my computer or direct me on their procedures.
    It all turned out fine, but suggest they consider having their 'front' person be as interested and competent-appearing as the techs.
    I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone needing expert computer services!

  • Brian was very prompt in replying to me. He called the same day and linked up to my computer remotely. He worked on it for the next 3 days, cleaning out all the malware, adware and viruses that he found. He let me know exactly what he was doing by leaving notes on my computer screen. When it was all done he called me and had me check it out for myself. My computer worked like it did when I first bought it! I'm very happy with the results and I'll definitely call him again with any other computer issues.

  • Before hiring, I researched the customer reviews that were submitted on the company. I was impressed with what the customers were saying about the results they had received from the company's services. I also noticed that a certain tech named Donna was mentioned in numerous reviews. It looked to me that Donna was an asset to the company, and that she was the Professional that every consumer dreamed of having to provide the services needed. After purchasing a coupon for $59, and after contacting the company to set up an appointment, I was told that I would be contacted the next day for services. When I was contacted the next day, I was very relieved to find out that it was Donna on the other end of the line, and that she would be the one working on my issues. Donna started by addressing me as" hun ", I knew from that point on that she had outstanding customer service skills, and that she was dedicated to providing exceptional service. The service took about 6 1/2 hours to complete. She kept me informed of everything she was doing, and if she had questions, she would call or text me. She explained that I didn't need to stay on the line with her, or continuously monitor her on the computer during the service time. Since the $59 only covered 1 hour of service, she informed me that it would be to my advantage to get unlimited service time for an additional $40. I agreed to her recommendation and she immediately began with her troubleshooting of my ill laptop. After receiving her services, my laptop is faster and operating without any issues. I am very satisfied with this company and it's services. I agree that Donna is an asset to this company, and that she is a true Professional. The only concern I had was that Donna seemed to of had an enormous amount of workload on the day of my services. She apologized to me ( which she didn't have to ) on a few occassions for some delays during my services. It seems that she was the only one in the office and that she was working with 3 other customers at the same time, not to mention having to answer incoming telephone calls. She never once displayed any signs of stress or discontent. After 6 1/2 hours, I was surprised to hear that one word that made me feel welcome and comfortable to her services, " hun ". Thanks Donna!, and " hun " back at ya!
