    I had previously used them at my old job and that’s how I knew about them.  I liked their service.  I have only used them for industrial visits and not residential.  I pay them whenever they bill me.  I would use them again in the future.

    It went smoothly,didnt understand everything and explanations were not given. Must have a landline in order to have DSL, which is dis-appointing. Almost 100.00 a month,not worth it in my book,,but is the only service around.

    They are the only provider we have. They are pretty good. They've been the best so far. I pay my bills online monthly. We have a bundle. Since we are so remote, most of our calls are long distance. Its only a handful of people we can call locally.

    If I had not been technical enough to ask them to test my internet service for my home network, they would have walked out thinking all was okay. They hooked up the internet, tested their side of it and they were done. But I needed to ensure it would connect to my router and provide service for ALL of my computers, not just one connected to their cable box. In addition, the quality of the TV cable boxes was terrible. Within 3 weeks I canceled all TV and phone service and stayed with just the internet service. They have the fastest, I'll give them that. But the installation was, let's say, 'spartan.'

    It went absolutely horrible!!! We have had service for 1 month and have had problems every single day. We have made countless phone calls to the technical service department for help. The customer service representatives are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. I was told I had to wait 3 days until a service tech could come out BUT if I was a business customer and not "just" a residential customer they would come out the next day. I've been told so many different things regarding pricing and when I would be able to get faster internet. I was also told that I could get faster internet if the service tech "wanted me to get it". They keep telling me I'm getting one speed but when the service tech actually came out he said he told them I was unable to get that speed and they had my modem all messed up. I did a speed test and told them my results and all I heard was "that's not what we show here." They don't believe anything that you tell them. The speed is so slow. It took my son 25 HOURS to upload a video game. I was told they could open a port so I could get faster internet but that was a lie. There is a new box at the end of my street and the service tech said as soon as that is up and running I could get faster service. He also said It was supposed to be completed by end of 2016. This is the end of March 2017 and still nothing. Customer service said they show nothing new coming to my area. Told so many different things. We also had to go out and spend $150.00 for a new modem and router because Centurylink's kept kicking us off the net. We are limited on internet service providers in our area but as soon as someone new comes out this way we are definitely switching.

    When I had the service hooked up it was discovered that they did not own the rights to my telephone number, so I was unable to keep my current number; information calls were not free they were $.99; which is more than my current monthly phone service. The hookup is through a cable box, and is only for one phone; it is only for multiple phones in the house unless it is hooked up through the wall, you can't have it hooked up to a fax machine and the wall at the same time; it is either one or the other because splitters do not work because it cuts the voltage down; so if you have more than one phone and a fax machine it is not a feasible service. When I called them and asked for a supervisor I spoke with a gentleman that was not very nice and basically said I was stuck with it. I spoke with another supervisor that stated the return fee would not be waived and they would not give me an address to return the materials until they charged my account $42.48; in the recording it was noted that I would not have to pay to send the materials back; that the fee would be waived; however, they are charging me without my consent. The address they would not initially give me to send back the materials is: Vonage Returns c/o BBB International; 1100 Towbin Avenue; Willow Trace Dock; Lakewood, NJ 08701 and the order number for this is 51162900001. This is a very deceiving service because nothing that they said was true. If a supervisor had taken charge of this situation to begin with and dealt with this in a professional manner this could have been resolved and avoided.
