Do contact them! We got our wheelchair several years ago. I logged above the last repair date. We see them two-three times a year.

They are very good. They are always pleasant and do everything they can to get the order on time. Some equipment that you may need in the evening or late, they try to accommodate. I think they are excellent.

Apria Healthcare. I use oxygen and when I travel I don't like to take it with me so they just send it to wherever I am and then I will pick it up. 'A's across the board. I would continue using them.

The Apria staff is personable, professional, concerned, kind and prompt to meet our needs. If a machine malfunctions they respond immediately, including holidays. They have never made us wait for more than a few hours. We have been with them for at least 6 years. We depend on Apria's services and would be lost without them!

They were very helpful and they understood my needs and the special requirement involved. They talked with our insurance company so that we would get full coverage without any involvement from us.

    THYSSENKRUPP ACCESS
The sales rep. came, measured the stairs, took the time to explain the products and my options. The lift was installed in about 2-3 hours a couple weeks later. I choose this company because they are made in America and make a heavy duty lift.

Their service has been just okay since sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not so good. They're very personal. Sometimes they try and use a calling order system that I despise and so they're okay but I wouldn't certainly rate them an A on Angie's List. I will continue to use them for my medical supplies so that I have to get regularly.

Chuck delivered my oxygen and he was just a nice man, and the service has improved. We had some issues to work out at the beginning. The branch manager, Shannon Luke, was notified of the issues, and took care of any issues that I had. They make a real effort to help. They should communicate more efficiently amongst the various employees; some confusion occurs between oxygen delivery man and the respiratory therapist. This company is covered by medicare, and some of other companies in this area did not make this cut. Overall, I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

The company, people, product, service at this location has been acceptable.  The product received is the standard product any of these providers send out. The difference, and why this is such a bad review, is the billing department, which I think is a national customer service/billing department.  Who knows where it is located. We ordered supplies on 01/07/2015, of which we received promptly.  Customer service call was great.  We have since been to their place of business and have received a new CPAP machine, 01/29/2015.  Product works fine, staff was great. They have billed our insurance company for the new machine, and rental agreement monthly since then, which again is fine.  The problem is that they did not send in an insurance claim for the 01/07/2015 supplies, which they required us to pay full price for, around $126.00, because the deductible was not fulfilled yet.  Well, 4 months later, our deductible has been fulfilled with the other claims they have sent in; I have called no less then a half a dozen times requesting they file this claim.  Even escalated to two separate leads & 1 insurance specialist, each indicating they would file again and 'don't call back for 30 days because it takes that long'.  Now, they owe us money for the 01/07 payment and we haven't received our over-payment back and the claim is still not filed with our insurance company.

    American Home Patient Inc
The initial service to get a correct fitting of the mask with the equipment was fine. I needed an itemized statement on their company letterhead with details of device which took them two months to provide, so I can add the system to my homeowners insurance. They were bought out by a German company and have since removed billing from united states. They have a contact complaint form that you have to sign a legal document that states the information is not encrypted and can be made public. In order to contact them about a complaint you have to sign a legal form stating information will not be private. That is both for Lincare and American Home Patient. I finally did receive a bill and a customer service representative did contact me asking if there was anything else they could do.
