As Kansas City residents we were required to have a building permit which demanded more time from the company. However, once that was obtained they were able to place us on their calendar and complete the project within a two-week period. The crew did expert work including sanding the deck surface, and all was completed at an amazing pace.
Daily clean-up was amazing and the yard intact.The foreman provided his personal cell number should we have any questions or needs.
Dynamic took a personal interest in our situation and all personnel did their utmost to keep us comfortable, informed, and satisfied. The finished product is high quality, and reasonably priced.

DADMIRAL HOME CONCEPTSEverything was very poorly done. It is just awful. It was also very stressful. They blamed me for them pushing back my project because I paid them all the money up front and the owner went on vacation, and spent the money I gave him. When he came back he had no money to pay for my materials. I paid him upfront to make sure they did my project first, but that did not happen.- Adrien S.

AOutdoor EnvironmentsLast spring (2007) we decided we should replace our deck We called a few other companies but were not satisfied with their ideas. Then we met Dick. He came over and explained how his was a design and build company, not just a put-up-a-deck-in-a-weekend company. After many consultations with Dick we expanded our project to include a four-season room with 3 decks around it. He drew up the design with his computer program and we fell in love with it. His vision about what we wanted was right on. We began the excavation during the summer, and completed the entire project in December. Our project manager, Tom Korn, oversaw everything and dealt with all the little problems that come up with a project this size. His carpenters Brandt, Mike, Taylor, and Sean were very professional and on time every day. Their creativity and craftsmanship have given us something we will always be proud of. They all spent so much time here, they became almost like family. We hope to have them do more projects!- CATHERINE C.

ARIGHT CHOICE CONTRACTING INCThe job went well. Steve and his co-workers are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and ethical. They've been doing this kind of work for a long time and know construction. Their biggest challenge, as with any job involving old construction, was to tie the new in with the old and make it look like it belonged there and they did this with our porch. Our house is very uneven and they had to tie into a roof line that is almost 2 inches lower on one end than on the other. All things considered, they did a good job on this. One can see the "crookedness" if looking at the roof line and doorway, but it was pretty unavoidable unless they re-built another section of the roof, too. If doing a remodel, add-on, etc., I'd recommend Steve. He also worked up a very accurate cost bid with all the details so you can know exactly what the job entails. Only one other contact we made provided this. His price was fair, but slightly higher than one other bid and lower than 3 others.- JANET W.
