    On July 11, 2018 I asked to be scheduled for aeration and reseeding of my lawn and asked for a date at the beginning of September. I did not receive any answer so I followed up on July 29th. I did receive a quote back on July 30th which I accepted. I never received a commitment for a firm date so I contacted the company again on August 27 to inquire when they would be performing the work. I received an email back the same day that my scheduled date was September 21st (there was no communication of this date until I asked). On September 21 nobody showed up and nobody called to cancel. When I inquired why nobody had come (or called to cancel) I was told that they had delays due to bad/wet weather (interesting given that there had hardly been any rain this summer). I was told that my new date was October 2. On September 30 I received an email confirming the appointment for October 2 and was asked to confirm my appointment online which I did. On October 2 nobody showed up again and again nobody called to let us know. When I called today (October 3) I was told that their machine had broken down and that they had rescheduled me for October 8. At this point in time it was getting too late for the grass to grow (last year they had aerated and reseeded my lawn in mid-October and nothing grew - a complete waste of ~$1,000) and I canceled (who knows whether they would have shown up on October 8?). As one can see, my comments/experience are in line with a number of other comments - the company is not sticking to deadlines and does not believe communication/heads-up about appointments that they will miss to be important.

    Shaun was great. He arrives on time. He repaired and checked out an aging system and got it up and running properly. My neighbor has now used him and was also very pleased with his work. I highly recommend him.

    It DIDN'T GO! They want $75 for the first 45 minutes to go-thru the system? My system DOESN'T WORK - a new main line needs to be installed!! $75 for the first 45 minutes for an ESTIMATE?? REALLY?? Doubt they're in business much longer if as Debbie stated - this is their company policy!! WOW!!

    Mike and Kathy were great!! They worked around my schedule and stayed in contact with me as the time of service approached. They replaced my sprinkler head and fixed an additional unseen leak for a very reasonable price! Their years of experience, reliability and customer focus make them the only sprinkler company for me.

    Mike and Kathy were super helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly about my sprinkler system. I was given tips and things to watch out for in order to be proactive about potential problems. The work was done quick, in a clean manner and efficiently and the customer service was great. I plan on contacting them to winterize my system in the fall, as I was very satisfied and things ran smoothly all summer long.

    They repaired the leak and explained what the underlying problem was (this was the second time we'd had a problem with leaks on this system that is less than 2 years old). We hired them to correct the underlying problem as well. This is a very professional company. One of the few that responded to our initial request for service in a very timely manner. The service was performed and billed as per the estimate. They even took the time to adjust our sprinkle heads so that we get better coverage on our lawn.

    I had talked to him a few times and he seemed quite nice. However, he never followed through after I called to set up the appointment. He didn't show for the scheduled appointment, and I left a message on his machine to clarify that he was coming.

    Well seemed all went well. Did the work last fall, but they did cut the supply line for one of our existing zones. Fired it up this spring and one head of that zone was not reconnected to the new line they installed. Called R&S, but they have never gotten back to me. Moral of the story, don't let them leave until you verify everything is still working. Kind of surprised Rick didn't at least returned a call, didn't seem like that kind of guy.

    It went well.  We had a freeze and we weren’t able to winterize it.  The first time they came out was within two weeks and then we had to wait another two weeks before they could actually complete the service.  There was no additional charge.  There was no problem.  There was nothing that stood out about the experience.
