    If you're ever in need of a great locally owned and operated HVAC company give them a call. Excellent experience all the way around without the high pressure sales pitch. Timely, efficient and outstanding customer service!!!

    Everyone I dealt with from Linda who answered the phone to Neal and Mark who came out to perform the service was great.
    Neal came out a few hours after I called and determined the compressor was dead.  He gave me options for a replacement of just the part, or a whole new unit.  Since it made more sense to go with a total replacement, he ordered it immediately.
    It was delivered and installed the next morning by his brother (and assistant whose name I did not get). 
    They were efficient, professional, courteous and friendly.  I can't recommend these guys highly enough.  They did a great job and explained everything to me.  Linda back at the office got my new unit registered to extend my warranty, and Mark explained all the terms to me.
    The price was very reasonable.  I will definitely have them back to do the annual clean/check ups on the unit.
    I'm happy to support a well established local business that gives prompt and honest service.

    The next day it was blowing hot air. He said I needed a new condenser and new a coils. He offered a $700 rebate and he had to come back to install it. He did the work and now he won't give me my invoice, or my rebate, or a warranty. His wife openly admitted that they smoked meth and they stole a toolbox. They will not return my calls and he said I will not be getting my rebate.

    I called to get an estimate for a new geothermal HVAC system and set up a time for 3:00 pm for the sales rep to meet at my house. After rushing to pick up the kids and get home in time, I sat and waited. At 3:15 I called and the sales rep. He was still at the office "swamped" and didn't think he'd be able to make it out. He mentioned that he had tried to "accommodate" me but couldn't do it. I mentioned that the professional thing to have done was to have called when he realized he wasn't going to be able to make our appointment in hopes of rescheduling. This elicited a "yep" from him - and nothing else. Needless to say, I did not reschedule our appointment. Geothermal units are expensive, as is their install, it appears this company only wants your business if you are willing to ignore their lack of customer service.

    Jim was very professional and the part he thought was causing the issue was not the problem. Instead of telling us we would have to wait for a part, he called his son and picked up the part from him and installed it the same evening. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. I would definitely use his company again. We like to use local businesses as much as possible.

    They were a referral from a friend. They were quick to respond and they showed when they said they would which was nice. They were quick with their quote because at that point we had been without AC for over a week. We had called some other people that were just kind off messing around and not taking care of us so we were just happy with the response. Once we made a choice it was within a day that they were there to install everything. They were quick, responsive and professional. All the people that we dealt with were just really good. The guys who were sent out to do the job were great. They called us for a follow up about a week or so later. Basically we haven't had a need to contact them since but they did follow up and made sure that we were satisfied with everything which was nice. We haven't had any problems so we haven't had a need to contact them since.

    Company predominantly sells Crane equipment.  Mostly commercial contractor, but does do residential. 
    At the time I contacted the company, they told me they were way behind in their schedule.  Small company.
    I had to make several calls to get a response to visit my residence.
    They were prompt on the visit that was scheduled and very pleasant.  Appeared professional and took good notes of the situation.  They did on several occasions dueing the visit indicate they were swamped and work could not be performed (id accepted) for at least 3 weeks out. While the time of year did not present a problem, it could have.
    Bid was received electronically is good turn around time.
    Unfortunately they could not fit their predominant product (CRANE) in my space.  They did recommend a different product, but it was of low quality with some reportedly bad feedback from buyers reported on other service reports.
    I did not use the company as they could not provide the higher quality equipment I wanted in my space.

    Other people recommended this company to me and have had good results.

    Very well. I got 5 estimates for this job and while 1 was around $6,000 the others were very similar - within about $100.00. I chose Eureka H\C because my Brother-In-Law had a very good experience with them. They were professional, knowledgable, competent and very friendly. I did have one minor concern with the routing of the cables but they addressed it immediately. I am very pleased.

    Really, really awful. The tech was rude and insulting. When he said that the problem was due to dirty filters and that they should be cleaned twice yearly (but every 3 months is better), I explained that the system was serviced by his company in August 08 and that the technition showed me how to clean the filters and I did so while he stood next to me working on the system. This guy said "I have no proof of that." I suggested that he call the other tech. He did not respond verbally. I said that $300.00 for a 2 year old system with an extended warrenty seemd high. He said "I just told you that the filters need to be cleaned every 3 months." He went on to say that I should not have let the filters get dirty and that I was really lucky that it did not cost more. He continued to be rude and insulting. Anyway, I called on Wednesday and asked if they had an idea when the parts would be available as it was cold in the house. They had no idea. Said: "we order them and they get here when they get here." They were unwillig to try to find out if they had been shipped or not. So today, (Thursday) I called another company. They arrived promptly and said that the heating coils were fine but the SEQUENCER (this is the part that they installed in August see previous report) was bad. He replaced it and we are warm as toast now. The parts and labor cost $124.95. With the trip charge, the total was $214.90. This is $131.00 less than Chesterfield Service. I am disgusted and plan to contact the BBB. I suspect that they knew that the part they installed was the problem but said it was another part.
