The service was fine. He is a technically-oriented dentist. He was recommended to me by my Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor. The staff is interesting and entertaining. The staff are happy, professional, and get along with each other. He has also corrected problems from previous dental work. The waiting room is roomy, quiet, and has plenty of reading material. He always gets people in on-time.

    My Wildwood Dentist
Went in for check up cleaning. They have high powered tactics. Didn't t clean my teeth. They wanted to perform a $500 deep cleaning etc. charge large fees. They have nice kuerig coffee machine, sounds like your payments to dentist. Also staff works on commission. Really??

    Michael Pernoud DDS
Terrible I cried the whole time, and I'm 26 years old! I went in and they took x-rays to find the small piece of tooth that was now wedged between my jaw bone and gum. It had moved down almost to the floor of my mouth under my tongue. Before looking at the X-rays or even looking in my mouth Dr. Pernoud preceded to tell me that the piece of tooth was in my jawbone and he would have to cut a piece of my jawbone off to get it out! I told him absolutely not! I could feel the piece just under my skin and if u looked at the gum u could see it poking out. I told him it was right under the skin and not behind the bone, I could feel it under there, and he said that it was not. I told him to examine me before he comes to any conclusions. At this point he still hadn't even looked at the problem in side my mouth or the x-rays he had taken. He insisted he would have to cut off some of my jawbone to get the object out. He was rude an kept talking to me like I was stupid and constantly rolled his eyes at me during our conversation. I told him he could try to get it out but he was not removing any bone. He told me I could go somewhere else! So bawling my eyes out, frustrated and upset, I let them work on me. I felt I had no other choice and it had to come out, so I just did it. During the procedure he and two other nurses had there hands inside my mouth and kept bashing their tools on all my other teeth which was extremely uncomfortable. They kept pinching my lips be tween the metal tools an my teeth which hurt! And the didn't suck out my spit so I was gagging the whole time, they had my tongue clamped down so I couldn't swallow. And even though I was gagging they would not stop to let me swallow or take a breath. I felt like I was being tortured! Relentless to say they got the piece out without removing bone and only leaving behind 2 stitches. They charged me $200 before they ran it through my insurance and told me my insurance would right me a check. Now seriously that can't be right! Then the refused to right me a script for pain medication and told me to take some tylenol... On the way out he and his employees proceeded to talk trash on my dentist office, right in front of me, for initially causing this problem. My dentist did mess up but Pernouds staff was very unprofessional to openly talk bad about another office in their town directly to me as a patient. I would not recommend anyone go here!

    Ulbrich, Dr. Cary W
didn't happen. told to just have it pulled or it would cost an exorbitant amount of money to fix. Enough with broken dental work. Dentist has no on-call hours, no Friday hours, limited hours otherwise. Great guy, just not the best dental care.

    Wolff, Dr. June
Dr. Wolff has the best technology available. I enjoy headphones and the plasma TV to watch while I am having a procedure done to take my mind off the dental work. All of the work she has done has been fantastic. I had pain for so long I didn't know if was abnormal, until she replaced it. I have a great smile now too! Everything has stayed in place. Since I have been getting my teeth cleaned with Clayton Dental, I have not had a cavity.

    Vesper Dental
Seemed ok, but was concerned about information regarding dental questions.  The hygienist would always refer to Dr. Vesper, never answering any questions.  When I changed dentist, the first visit resulted in a simple, but obvious, preventive procedure.  The hygienist can, and do, explain anything you ask, and offer suggestions for preventive care.  More complete than with Vesper.  The present Vesper & Vesper is a father-son practice.

    McKenna, Dr. T M M
The front office staff (Dr. McKenna's wife) is very friendly and welcoming.  In both of my visits, I have never had to wait very long before being called back.  The hygenist that I see is very friendly and thorough.  After the cleaning is finished, Dr. McKenna comes over to take a look.  He is polite and pretty quick.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ulbrich's for 6 years. I have no complaints. I am always treated good. The teeth cleaning is so gentle that children or those with sensitive gums shouldn't experience any troubles.
