He was professional and courteous and very good.  He finished well before the 4 hours and asked if there was anything else he could do?  So, I asked him to carry the boxes of books up from downststairs which he happily did.  He also took down two panels of drapes and put up 2 new ones for me.  He also patched up some small holes that he saw in the wall which had been left from the old drapery rods.    I was very impressed with him and I would certainly use him again!

I was beyond amazed with their professionalism, how well the three men worked together, and how they cleaned up the area at each step of the job. Since the water damages were unknown, I was pleased to see how they inspected carefully for it and thankfully they found it only in the sub-flooring at the entrance of the foyer. They cut out the damaged sub-flooring and measured the area. They went to a local hardware store and got the materials needed and installed new sub flooring underneath the tile of the foyer without any damages to the tile. As one of the men was putting back the door knob unit hardware, he discovered that the bolt was too short to reach the frame. I asked him to go back to the hardware store for me and get a similar style of the new door knob. After he returned, I saw that he was in the process of putting my old door knob back in and I asked him what happened with the new one. He said that he found a longer bolt and thought it was more economical to use it rather than a brand new set and my having to have all the other door knobs re-keyed to keep it to a one-key home. That was so thoughtful! The bid was set for a certain amount which we paid half before the job (it was mostly for the new door unit) and I paid the other half upon completion of the job. There were no additional charges for the two trips to the hardware store or the materials they purchased to do the job. Since I've done some home remodeling, I knew enough about how things should be done, and they certainly know their trade and how it should be done. I will definitely use them again and tell everyone about them!

Nick called us the last week in August to get details of jobs needing to be done. We arranged a time for him to come over and measure the jobs we needed. He scheduled to come back the second week if September, but was unable to make that date and we set up the third week to begin the jobs. He worked 20 hours in three days and completed all jobs. He worked all day from start to completion and cleaned up all areas he worked. I would recommend him highly.

.Chris Souliere and his employees were always prompt and efficient..They kept their work areas clean and organized, which was very important since I was living in the home during the renovations.  The men worked well together and made every effort to make the process as unobtrusive to my daily living as possible.
Everyone working in my home was professional in appearance and actions.

The surprises along the way included the jacking up of the kitchen floor, the decisions that were made nearly daily on the colors of the wall and trim, the layout of the tile, the placing of the light fixtures and cabinet pulls, and what to do about losing a drawer if we put the oven at the level I liked best. Aaron was great to work with. In addition to his professional skills and that of his crew, there was no swearing, or angry words among the workmen. The whole process was cheerful and busy. Progress was made each day. The only delay was a day when Aaron's truck broke down and he had to take time to repair it. However his employees remained on the job. Aaron is the hardest worker among them, but they all are talented and professional. One suggestion I would give to anyone going through such a major remodel is: lay down paper over your other floors before they begin so that the fine dust of the wall and ceiling repairs don't scratch your hardwood or get in your carpeting. Then they won't be walking over the floors carrying the dust with them

We discovered a scratch that I had made when I turned the pallet which held my oven while it was waiting to be moved from the front room to the kitchen. Aaron sanded and refinished the area so that the scratch is invisible now. He even discovered that I had some outdoor trim around my garage that was deteriorating after only 8 years since installation because the wrong product had been chosen. He suggested that I have him replace it before it falls apart. I was so glad that he brought that up. And while he was at it, he came back and did a mortar job on some of my exterior brickwork and fixed some broken grout in my bathroom. Now my house is not only in beautiful shape inside but also outside. Aaron can do it all.

Dan from Kitchen's Plus was super to work with!  He returned my call the same day, and we arranged for him to come out and give me a quote on removing my old countertops and widening the space for a new kitchen range.  Dan wanted to time the removal so that I would be without countertops and a range for the shortest amount of time possible, and he arranged his schedule accordingly.  During the removal and reconstruction of the cabinet next to the range, my husband was so impressed with Dan's work, he inquired about installing a tile backsplash and repairing trim around three doors.  Dan gave us an estimate that day, and we scheduled the additional work.  The cabinet that had to be redone is beautiful, no one would ever be able to tell it had been modified.  The tile looks amazing - and the door trim is repaired and again, no one would ever know anything had been wrong.  Dan has amazing woodworking skills!  It was a pleasure to do business with Dan - he was prompt, easy to get a hold of, competitively priced, very professional, and very willing to be flexible with scheduling the work.  As soon as I need any more work done - Dan will be my first call!

He was referred to me. I checked their references for a job they did for new build construction about three years ago and they said he did an awesome job and they even tipped him. We were thinking if we platformed out the deck, I could get out in the yard more. He came and had his clipboard. He wrote down the deck and the tile. He made sure we had enough of the inset and grout. He said he would start on Monday and it would be half down as he had said on the phone. The other half would be at the completion of the job. I gave him half down and he said he didn't have a contract with him and he would bring one the next day. He didn't show up that Monday. I had done sample boards. He took our half down and a week later he came and then he came the following week. He only worked like three hours and he used our landline to hook up his laptop to get the estimator program because he didn't have a battery. He complemented the copper tone glazing on our fireplace outset, the recessed ceiling and all the painting I've done in this house including doors and everything. He only needed to spend 2-2 1/2 days in our home putting down tile and hardwood. It got ugly and he finally said he would be here. He didn't give us back our money and he told the salesperson that is a mutual friend that he had tried to send us a money order. I went to the police and the detective was helpful. I called an attorney and he was even more helpful. He performed approximately 5 hours of total time of ceramic tiling in the kitchen entrance. I got an extra piece of backer board so he could do the perimeter, which he didn't do. He slopped thin-set all over our deck and mortar. He is a liar and con artist. He left his tools here for weeks on end. Finally my husband told him to get his tools and get out of our home. I was recommended to take him to small claims court, which I am going to do. He is like a ghost in the wind. His voicemail says what work he does and to let him exceed your expectations. He had come late one evening from 5-7:30 pm; then he came at 6 am the following morning and left before 9 am. He said he would be back in a couple of hours. Then we didn't hear from him for another 5 days.
