Jeff was wonderful is diagnosing my problem and in treating it. He worked with me and taught me exercises that I was able to do at home and now incorporate into my workouts at the gym. I am about to be released. Very very pleased. This shoulder has been bothering me for quite some time.

I received 2 surgeries and all of the chemo treatment. For the surgeries, I found the doctors, staff and all involved to be professional, kind and just plain Good. Don't want to, but if need be, I would go back to MoBap in a heartbeat.

It was snowing. I called them many times and no one answered. At 1:00 I finally got a hold of them and they said they have too many patients to answer the phone. She expected me to make another appointment. I went go another doctor.

They're very knowledgeable about the human body. They're very patient and inspirational. They inspire you to move beyond yourself very gently and kindly and I think that's really important when you're trying to heal from something. The office and staff is fine. The whole experience is very nice. The staff is very pleasant and it's a pleasant experience to go there. They're always available. When you call them, somebody is there to answer the phone. They have a great scheduling. They do it all for you, even the insurance. It's very well-run.

I took much longer to make a decision due to the attitude and behavior of the WU physician. I liked and felt confident with the other doctor but preferred the WU doctor's recommendation. When I saw the WU doctor for the 2nd time to sign up for the smaller fusion operation, he was better. If you want a touchy feely doctor, he is not the one. But if you want a doctor who does a fantastic job and is a incredible surgery, I would recommend him. You really don't see the doctor that much, you mostly deal with therapist, nurses, aides etc and only see the surgeon 5 min a day.

Medical Acute Care offices was my primary care facility. They closed their doors and the Primary physician owner took all the medical records. They required that I come in for an appointment at his new practice to get a refill on my prescription even though I had never seen this physician in my history with the original facility. My appointment was for 4PM. As a "new" patient I expected paperwork and arrived at 3:15PM. After completing the paperwork by 3:30PM I turned it in and sat down to wait. I waited until 4:50PM, watching several people that arrived after I did go in ahead of me, then went to the window and told them I was leaving and to forget the appointment. I advised I would acquire another primary care physician and left.

My father-in-law had a total knee replacement done by Dr. Ritchie. Since he has dementia, Dr. Flaherty, gerontologist, also cared for him in the hospital. We had an exemplary experience. I am a nurse and am very picky about the care given. The staff, from the front desk, labs, nurses, therapists, and doctors, was friendly and competent. Unlike the larger research hospitals, Des Peres has a friendly, family, community hospital feel. Some of the nurses even came by when they got off work to see how my father-in-law was doing. I am in no way associated with Des Peres Hospital and they didn't ask me to give a good report; I just think they earned it.

I like their front office a lot.  I've had trouble getting in or even getting someone to talk to at previous PCPs.  Not here.  They have later appts too!  Dr. Liebmann is very very rarely running behind (unique!) and always takes enough time to let me know what I need to be doing to maintain my health or treat whatever is bothering me.  They are great there!

We evaluated my hospital stay and evaluated all current prescriptions. I felt that Dr Lucas was very thorough and knowledgeable while also making me feel very relaxed and comfortable on my first visit with him. I feel like all of my questions were answered and am very happy with the service. I left feeling very satisfied that all of my questions were answered.

I had an especially unprofessional experience with the triage unit. Following my slip my husband ran me to the emergency room. Once we got there I sat in the emergency area, bleeding and about ready to pass out for almost a half an hour. All they would do during that time was give me an armband. After a half an hour I got up and asked them about their triage unit. They said oh we have one, so I cut my armband off and gave it back to them and drove myself to another hospital.
