Chuck came on the dot, when he said he would, carried in all equipment and started to work. He put up sheeting to protect the surrounding areas and brought all his own lighting ( in case it was a cloudy day)  He thought it might take 2 days to do (as we have a lot of area) but stayed until he finished.  It was a long day for him, but he didn't want us to be without our sink any longer than necessa...

Arrived exactly as promised time wise. Very careful with my house.  covered carpet.  put up drape around countertop to keep everything off carpet, cabinets, etc. Took about 1 hr and a half.  Had estimated 2 hrs. Extremely professional. Excellent call back time on phone messages. Very accommodating to schedule. Said they would be here at 8:30 and that is exactly when our door bell rang. Worked hard all day and went above and beyond to make it perfect. Neat. Clean. Respected our home as their own. They spent a ton of time prepping and protecting our stuff. Restored a damaged portion of our polished travertine floor. I ruined the edges of an area of our travertine floor while cleaning the grout. The overspray of the grout cleaning product I used etched the polish of the tile. It was a horrible mess and Chuck, the owner, not only brought our floor back to it's natural beauty, he polished it to a whole new level of shine. It now looks better than the day it was installed!!! We could not be more pleased and grateful. We are definitely having them come back and do the rest of our floors.

They came into my apartment and cleaned the floor, and they put a sealer on the floor tiles and I have people in there they would fall in case it gets wet. It looks really nice.
