  Grant was professional, on time, thorough and honest. We had been given a remediation plan from a prior mold inspector and a huge quote of $10,000 to remove the the ���potential��� source. I called Grant with Rapid Dry to get a second quote on the cost of the remediation. When he came to our home and inspected it he was very honest and said the home didn���t need the costly remediation we were told it did. He verified that what we were told was mold really wasn���t. Just dirt from the building of the home. Long story short, he didn���t make any money from us but saved us $10,000 with his honestly about what we really needed for our home. If we ever truly have a problem we will call Grant back in a heart beat because I know he will be honest and thorough!!! Thank you Rapid Dry!!!

  It was raining on the day of scheduled inspection. Grant texted and left voice message that he was running late due to the rain, but should be arriving within 15-30 minutes. He did show up as he promised and checked every spot that I was concerned and explained in great detail of what he was doing. He found some leakage in basement toilet. He also recommended putting up a dehumidifier in the basement during winter in case the humidity gets high. He confirmed that nothing else looks wrong, which was a great relief for us. We are so happy to find Grant!

  Fortunately, I found a very reliable company, SOLS. When they arrived and saw the situation I was in they gave me an immediate bid and started work that morning, Two men worked 8 am - 8pm on a Friday and returned to finish the job on a Sunday. It took about 40 hours of work  . They left their fans and other air scrubber for another day or two.

  One of 4 estimates we obtained. The estimator (Jim Risk) was professional, personable and answered all my questions. Gave us recommendations on what steps to take next to keep water out of the basement. His office staff was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and made me feel that my questions or concerns were important. Started work within a few days of hire and completed in 3 days. The two workers were professional and hard working. They even cleaned a small area above the stairwell that was not noted on the original estimate, for no additional charge. My only complaint is that on the final mop up of the floor there remained a film of dirt. Overall they did a great job and we are very pleased.
