    Complete Professional Remodeling, LLC.
After having a bad experience with a contractor while finishing my basement, I was nervous to take on a new project with a contractor I didn't know. After a bathroom leak forced my hand, I started looking for the perfect person to complete my bathroom renovation. I was lucky enough to find Mike Dudley and Complete Professional Remodeling of St. Louis. From the moment we met, it has been a great partnership. Mike understood our budget, the things we wanted (and didn't want) in our new bathroom and helped us to realize our vision. Mike brought in fantastic sub-contractors for the tile work, painting, electric and plumbing. We will actually continue to use some of these companies if other needs arise. Mike took the lead on all carpentry work - drywall installation, cabinet installation, molding, etc. He coordinated all of the subs efficiently, to maximize their time and minimize disruption to our household. He is clean, respectful, thoughtful and considerate. Each Sunday he would text me the plan for the week so that I could plan my schedule. He came to accept materials deliveries. He even went to my neighbor's house to look at a leak in her shower. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with Mike and CPR of St. Louis. I am planning to remodel my kitchen in a few years and Mike will be my first call! One note... our project is still underway (as expected) so photos are of work in progress. I will add photos to this review once the job is complete.

    Striking Renovations
The job was promised by the very attentive owner Doug Kropp in 1-2 weeks. He had a crew leader Paul who kept everyone on track and on time. Even though labor day holiday fell in the 2 week period, he had a worker here. All the work was custom and looks as if it was part of the existing now 19 year old home. I highly recommend this team of excellent professionals.

Andy's Home and Business Repair Inc
Without a hitch! Terri, business manager, lays out the work schedule and payment schedule. Andy and his team are punctual, communicative and professional. They clean up every day. Andy is also creative. Several times, I have appreciated his suggestions to minor challenges that came up.

    Brooksberry Kitchens and Baths
This is an excellent company. We decided to upgrade our kitchen from the builder grade originally in the original house. We first met with the owner, Andy and then with one of his designers, Brian. Both very knowledgeable with tons of ideas and pictures from past kitchen remodels. We did not need to reconfigure just upgrade the cabinets and counter tops and appliances. Their suggestions were right on with our vision and Brian saw the entire project though from the first demo-ed cabinet to the Viking range. Our kitchen remodel turned out fantastic. The price was not cheap, but neither is quality and result which we expected and were willing to pay for. Actually we thought the price was very reasonable.

Great service, will use again. I spent a day running around among the granite wholesalers and fabricators in the Page area and was ready to give up on my mostly DIY remodel projects and hire a GC to finish everything for me as I couldn't get clear answers and/or reasonable prices from any of the shops I visited. I stopped in to Absolute as my last stop before throwing in the towel and met with Lisa. She explained everything to me, worked with the wholesalers to help me find what I wanted and helped me wrap up my project with prices that were very reasonable. I used them them for my bathroom vanity and then 90sqft of countertops in my kitchen.

    Callier & Thompson Kitchens
Exceptional experience all along. The team was completely professional and paid close attention to the little details. Quality of work is second to none. They are priced higher then most but totally worth it.

    BB Contracting & Remodeling LLC

Charlie, John, and Terry did a great job for us. They were prompt and on time from the first bid to the last day of the project. They kept us abreast of the status of the project, were detailed, and made sure to give us all the info needed at major decision points. They also kept the project area (living room, kitchen, dining room) relatively dust free, and made sure to clean up after themselves everyday. We will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

    Schneider Kennedy Design LLC
The meeting with David was exceptional.  I would recommend him for many different reasons.
First, David is a leader in the green design industry.  He has extensive knowledge regarding the most healthy and environmentally-friendly materials to work with as well as the most healthy and environmentally-friendly installation processes. He has a vast network of professionals to recommend for various kinds of home improvement projects.   David is very responsive, professional and trustworthy.  In addition to these great qualities, David came up with a kitchen redesign that enables us to maximize space but not start from scratch - something other professionals have not been able to do ;-) !

On June 15, 2015 I purchased a big deal for general contractor work for one week.  Don, the owner, responded immediately to inform me that he was working on another big job and would not be available until the beginning of September. I told him that I want to redo my half bath (shower, no tub).  I did not have a problem with that date because there were no urgency in getting the work done.  A couple of days before he was scheduled to do my work, he call me to let me know that he would like to reschedule because he was still working on the other project.  I told Don that it wasn't a problem because, once again, there was no urgency.  At that time, I did tell him exactly what I wanted him to do with the bathroom which included, but was not limited to remolding the bath in it's entirety.  He said that was not a problem and that I would have to pay for the materials.  I let him know buying the materials would not be a problem.  I told him on the first day if we could meet and discuss the job and what is needed.  He said that was not a problem for him.  I also asked him to let me know about two weeks when he could start so that my husband and I could work out alternative schedule for taking off work to be available at the house. Don left a message on my voicemail at home on October 1st or 2nd (I think I heard the message on the 2nd) to let me know that he could be able to start the job on Wednesday, 10/7/15.  I returned the call and spoke with Don on Monday, October 5, to schedule the time.  I once again told him that I wanted  him to redo the bathroom, including plumbing and wiring.  We worked it out so that he would meet me it my house at 7:00 a.m. so that I could get to work on time.  My husband would stay home while he did the work.  I had scheduled to be off work on October 8, 9, 12, & 13.  On Wednesday at about 7:45, Don called and said he would not be able to start the work because he had been up all night and had to go to the dentist to correct his dental problem.  He said he might be able to get started next week.  I then asked if he could at least come out and do an evaluation to let me know what materials I would need and the cost.  At that time, he told me that he could not do the plumbing or electrical work because they won't let him do it.  I am not sure who the "they" are.
I am requesting a full refund of $1,499.00 because it seems that Best Construction is not in a position to fulfill the needs of this job.  The Big Deal said "General Contractor" .  When I see "General Contractor" it means one can provide the resources to complete the job.  Also, as you can see from the above information, I was given the run around for scheduling.  I didn't mind the rescheduling because I thought Don was legit.  The problem really arose once I had scheduled days of work to be available for him and he was a no show.
