I delivered my son in November 2015 at MoBap and the nurses in both the delivery wing and recovery wing were amazing. Prior to selecting MoBap as our hospital, I asked several nurses where they birthed their own babies, and all of them said MoBap. I was of the philosophy that I should go where the nurses trusted their own care, and my gut was correct. I had a 55-hour induction ending in a c-section, and all our nurses were very supportive. We had one nurse in the delivery wing go above and beyond to make our experience a great one. She was our nurse to start the induction, and requested us again when she returned for another shift two days later. She coached us through everything, and gave just the right about of sympathy and strength. I didn't think it could get any better, and then we moved to the recovery rooms. Our first nurse is the reason that I was able to successfully breastfeed our son. We had been up for over 30 hours when it was time to feed the baby for the first time in that wing, and I didn't have any more energy in me. He had difficulty latching, and I just wanted to give him formula and be done with it. Our nurse not only gave me strength to continue, but she taught him how to feed while I was lying there like a bump on a log. I can still hear her voice telling our son "come on now, that's the good stuff". We're still breastfeeding 10 months later, and it's been exactly the experience I always wanted. We are planning to have more children, and will be returning to MoBap for each and every one.

    Dr. Diane Rosen

After my first appointment was scheduled for mid August, after several phone call attempts at different times of the day and waiting on the phone for a minimum of 10-15 minutes at a time to finally get ahold of someone, I had been off my birth control for a few weeks now and I stupidly missed my appointment because I forgot to write it down. I called the next day after realizing this and tried to reschedule but was on hold for twenty minutes before I finally reached a receptionist. The receptionist told me the soonest I could be rescheduled for was October! Frustrated with myself for missing the appointment but also with the availability of the schedule I said "Okay, put me down for October, in the mean time I need birth control can you send a prescription to the pharmacy for me until I have my next appointment". The receptionist said she didn't take care of that but would transfer me to someone who could. We finished up with our scheduling I said "Thank you, have a good day", expecting to be transferred to someone who could fill my temporary prescription but instead the receptionist replied with "Thanks, you too. "(CLICK). and hung up on me! I tried to call back and was on hold for almost another 20 min before I could reach someone who could help me fill my prescription. October came around and because I had not been able to take my birth control correctly because my prescription was messed up I unexpectedly started my period the day before my scheduled pap so I had to call and reschedule again!

This time, after again waiting a minimum of ten minutes on the phone for someone to answer I finally got ahold of a receptionist and explained my situation. She started looking on the schedule for the next available appointment and told me I would be going into November. I asked if there was anyone in the practice I could see sooner than that, she said no immediately. I sighed, checking my own schedule to see what November looked like for me, and after a moment of what I assume was her double checking herself she said there was one appointment the last week of October (basically still November). Annoyed and feeling frustrated I asked her to schedule me for that appointment, but I would also need them to again send me a temporary prescription to my pharmacy She transferred me this time but was on hold for this new person for about 5-10 min until she answered. Extremely annoyed at this point I explained that I needed a prescription for the month to be sent to the pharmacy for the third time  because my year prescription expired about 3 months ago she laughed and said "Um, do you even have an appointment?" (In My Head: Obviously I've had several or your office wouldn't keep sending me monthly prescriptions idiot!") I relied with "Yes, my appointment is for the last week in October." She looked it up to be sure and then ordered the prescription and hung up on me without saying goodbye.

Silly me, because I was just trying to get in to see my doctor as soon as possible because it has been months since my first appointment I didn't realize that the "soonest available appointment" that was most convenient for THEIR schedule, would fall on the same week of my new cycles period. So, instead of going through all of that again I called a different gynecologists office who answered the phone right away, was able to schedule an appointment for me that was convenient to my schedule and didn't give me sass about it in the process. I haven't seen Dr Rosen in over a year. The last time I saw her she was nice and seemed educated, although I had to wait quit a while in the waiting room the day of my appointment which was annoying. What is worse about all of this is that my insurance only pays for 90day mail order prescription so each time I had to have them send me a monthly prescription to the pharmacy I had to pay $30 out of pocket to be on birth control while I waited for my next appointment.,

I will never be inconvenienced by that terrible office staff again. Dr. Ryan isn't even worth it her bed side manner is average at best.

They are all very good in there. They have nurse practitioners. They're very professional and they help me very much. My previous doctor had retired and so it's always a challenge just trying to meet your special requirements and they were great and they offer every service I would have possibly wanted. They do a great job. It's a very comprehensive review, they're very thorough in the testing that they do to be sure that the problems you have are addressed. They're very caring and they listen well. I worked with the nurse practitioner then but they still work together with the doctor but I got in right away so I did't have any problem with their availability. For their punctuality, I waited a little bit but it was average. The staff was very friendly. I certainly will use them again. They will be my health provider.

Overall I am extremely pleased with the practice. All the nurses there are amazing! Very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this practice. I've seen a few of the doctors during my pregnancy and after, and I will say that they have a good variety of doctors. A variety of ages and personality types. I've been to both offices, Winghaven and St. Lukes. Both offices are very nice and accommodating. I found that you can get in and out a lot faster at the Winghaven office. I had a few longer waits at the St. Lukes office. The Ultrasound Tech at the St. Luke's office was also great! She was extremely knowledgeable and very comforting.

    Williams, Dr. Scott G
The surgery went smoothly.  I healed very quickly with no complications whatsoever.  Dr. Williams gave me the good news that there was no cancer anywhere, and I was delighted that we had taken his route rather than my own suggestion which was much more invasive.  However, Dr. Williams understood that I was also somewhat sad (even though he was able to remove adhesions attached to organs that weren't supposed to be there as well as perform another D & C on me) because we hadn't found the cause of my severe pelvic pain and bleeding.  The good news was that all the biopsies taken came back negative for cancer.  He was very compassionate with me regarding my disappointment that I was still going to have the pelvic pain and stayed with me in the examination room, simply talking and listening to me until he was sure that I was finished with my concerns.  He is an incredible doctor and extremely compassionate man!  He didn't just drop me like a hot potato.  I left with suggestions from Dr. Williams on what the next step should be.

    Williams, Dr. Scott G
My experience with Dr. Williams was great (as great as a pelvic exam can be)! He was so very kind, gentle, compassionate, empathetic, and helpful! He provided great relief for me, and his office called the very next morning with the results of my lab work. His office staff was extremely kind and courteous as well. I was treated like a human being with feelings by his staff and himself! This meant more to me than I can explain!

She was pretty professional. It was easy to make an appointment with her. There was about a 45-minute wait after my appointment time was scheduled. The waiting room was comfortable. I would recommend her. I would continue to use her in the future.

    Boyd, Dr. Craig
He is a very good listener and remembers details from visit to visit. I have been going to him for about 15 years and I would recommend him to anyone. Although he is very busy, I still feel like he has time for me by being patient and listening to me.

    Boyd, Dr. Craig
I see Dr. Boyd at his St. John's office location. Dr. Boyd is a consummate professional. I first started seeing him after moving here while 8 months pregnant with my first child. I was so comfortable with him that I stayed with him for my second pregnancy as well. He delivered both of my children and was calm and professional throughout both pregnancies and deliveries. Dr. Boyd has an excellent bedside manner, doesn't rush through exams, and always answers questions. The other doctors in his practice are also very good and I feel comfortable with them as well, which is important since one never knows who will be on call for a delivery. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Boyd and only wish all doctors were as good as he.

    Boyd, Dr. Craig
My wife had been going to Dr. Boyd for several years before he delivered our first child. During the pregnancy we saw him often and were able to talk to him about what we wanted from the delivery. He was open to our suggestions where practical and encouraged us to ask questions. On the night of the delivery, he was with us and delivered the baby. We've since recommended him to several friends who have also had good experiences with him.
