    Scott is a great guy and skilled technician. I attempted to repair my ac unit myself. I called him on Saturday morning because I needed a fan puller to get the old one off and Scott brilliantly called a place that offered one and allowed me to pick it up and use it then buy it after the job was complete! How awesome is that? In the process of replacing the condenser fan I must���ve displaced a wire or something and informed Scott. Who then called me and came out on his afternoon off to fix the issue! Do yourself a favor and call Scott the first time. He does a great job and won���t jerk you around like some of his competitors.

    8 years ago I had them do all their "science" and replace everything (heat & cool) with max top of line that could go in my house. Previous 15 years in house that I had built was perfectly fine with great cooling and heat from previous system. New system was terrible from day 1, I complained from day 1, they ignored me, and sent various people out to check the thermostat, and check this and that and keep delaying me. I told them the VERY first summer and every year after than, and paid them to come check over and over many times, that the cooling wasn't working well at all. My previous old A/C did a much better job. They always claimed nothing was wrong and ignored me. So, last year, they worked on the unit, and messed around and actually took Freon out, and then the guy said "oh I forgot to put some back in", he connected some line, didn't measure anything with any gauges, just "hey, I'll squirt some stuff in". I literally watched him the whole time without blinking. I knew the unit would not work this summer and sure enough it doesn't. So, I had a new guy come out, that just does the work, no fancy "company of tons of employees and lots of paper work and fancy sales people", and he said yes, the Freon was low, and the unit is undersized for my house (my neighbor with same house has 5 ton, and they put 3.5 in). Also, I didn't need a stupid heat pump to just wear out the unit either. Also, I don't need all that fancy outdoor tracking unit with batteries you have to replace so the dumb thing can even work - it's all a bunch of hooey! I'm 55 now, and I've learned the hard way. I've had several units in multiple houses through the years, and I know when the A/C is broken. I know when it's not cold enough coming out of the vent by just putting my hand there. This is NOT rocket science. I know when the unit is too small for the job. It's common sense. Hoffman never once worried one moment about anything after they got 8 or 9K from me, they just ran for the hills, and charged me everytime they came out for me to complain. I was a fool. My Dad was right - he told me they were scamming me. My 80 year old Dad said, you are getting ripped and buying all these fancy systems, when you just need a good A/C. That's it. He was right. So, now I'm doing what my Dad said. Don't call Hoffman. They don't care about anything but trying to get your money and then sign you up to pay every month/year for the rest of your life to "care" for this caddilac system. Well if it's so caddilac, then why doesn't need all this money spent on it every 6 mos. forever, when you can get any old A/C and plug it in, and it just works for years by itself? Hmmmmmm. Dad was right.

    Went awesome I have used this company for years. Always works with me and explains everything so I can understand it. He put a heat pump in for me couple years ago. He also kept my older unit running for me to help me out as long as he could. Very considerate.

    Hoff was one of 3 bids. Although quote was slightly higher than another, we felt more confident in sizing, thorough explanation and Lenox equipment. Immediately after install on July 20, we were concerned and disrupted by noise of the ac unit; sometimes sounding fine, other times grinding start, moaning, loud running noise, etc. Twice, technicians came to resolve, but no trouble found. Long story short, after third contact, Hoff said they had been working with Lenox thru it all and everyone agreed it should be replaced. They came a few days later, replaced the unit and we are amazed how quietly it kicks on and purrs while running. An amazing difference. In summary, everyone understands things go wrong. Working through to resolve this with Hoff was professional and thorough. Best part is no one was aggravated; with each call, technicians responded quickly. Ultimately, Hoff stood behind their work and Lenox stod behind their product. We couldn't be more pleased with the final result.

    They are really good. They put in our system years ago. They come out every year. We are part of their club thing. They are the number one company in St. Louis. When we originally moved into this house years ago, the system was original to the house. It died two years after we moved in, and they replaced the whole system. They have been maintaining it ever since. They are johnny on the spot. They are really good people. They call us to remind us. We are part of their club thing, so we pay $20 a month. If we ever need any service, which we haven't yet, they do 24 hour emergency service, and it's discounted. The service twice a year is included in our contract. It's good service. They are a great company. They price is reasonable. It's not expensive. Their customer service is awesome. I would absolutely use them again. They are worth the money. They are always friendly. They always get out here the next day. We had an issue one time, and they were out here the next day. With this kind of company, usually you pay more, but you get the right service.

    Our upstairs AC unit stopped working in August 2017. Through Facebook, Josh Goldkamp was recommended, and within minutes he replied giving us his personal cell number! (314) 488-5330 Keep in mind, this was on a weekend... Josh had a technician to our home the next morning, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it a few days later once the part arrived. The reason we waited a few days is to allow Josh and his team time to get the part on warranty. They did all of the investigative work into the warranty and class action lawsuit against Lennox for free! I cannot thank Josh and his team enough for answering a call after hours and getting our family of 6 back into the comfort of our home!

    It went well found out exactly how long before we need to consider replacing the a/c unit but the furnace was fairly new and what part might break first. We didn't pay anything extra only the $69 for 22-point inspection

    Warning, DO NOT USE this company, they are NOT trustworthy. The ONLY reason I used this company was because I was forced to by my home warranty company. First when they came out to fix my AC unit, their technician LIED to me and said that the only option for my broke compressor would be refill it with the old refrigerant at $130/lb. I believe he said this just to get me to consider buying a new unit. The warranty company later told me there was a different refrigerant that was much cheaper they would use. Next it took them THREE DAYS to "check in" the part after they received it and another 6 days before they came out to do the repair, all during the hottest weather we have had all year. To top it off when their tech came out to do the repair he ran into my mail box, bending it so bad it no longer closes, ran over my landscaping rocks, messing those up and ran over some landscaping lighting, ruining it. I had to call the company 7 different times on this issue and today was told they would do nothing to either fix or compensate me for the damage they did. This is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with.
