    Romine Contracting LLC
I have nothing but very positive words for Romine Contracting LLC! I had water damage from a broken pipe in the attic of my condo and am beyond happy with the work they did making the unit look even better than before. Very stressful time but no stress at all with Romine Contracting. Great communication, excellent work, and finished sooner than I expected. We plan on using them again for work on our primary home in the near future. Highly recommend.

    Dan Weber General Construction LLC
We used Dan to remodel our kitchen and his workmanship and reliability was excellent. We are very happy with the end result! We have used Dan twice now and would recommend him to anyone wishing to complete a remodel project. He and his crew were always reliable to show up when they said they would, and complete the task scheduled for that day. Dan's pricing is VERY reasonable, and he is very honest and is willing to do whatever you need him to do if it is within his power..

    Beaty Home Improvements
Ill soon be contacting these guys for a bathroom remodel. They have done work for me in the past and I know they will in do an excellent job in the future. First off I am a single mother, my to do list is a mile long. Ive struggled to find someone who I feel comfortable with in my home and who will do quality work at a fair price. In my first encounter with Josh he was professional, didnt give me a line of BS and came across as trustworthy. He took the time to walk thru my list and to explain in great detail what was required. He quoted each item individually and made recommendations on how to break up the work to get the best bang for my buck. I prioritized the work and had it completed over the course of a few months. During that time I met three different tradesmen. Each was great to work with, they were always on time and completed the work as scheduled. I couldnt be happier with them and everything they did. Josh far exceeded my expectations. A good example was during the last job which involved replacing damaged drywall and sub-floor in a small bedroom. Between the demo and final painting there are a lot of steps and I had a very important deadline. At one point I got nervous that it wouldnt be finished in time. I called up Josh and he was here within the hour. He explained the process and stuck around to help the tradesman, long enough to ease my worry. On his way out he noticed the front door wasnt closing right. He whipped out his drill put in a couple screws, made an adjustment and just like that it was fixed. He wasnt even hired to work on that door. Who does that?

    Quality Building & Renovations
We hired Bruce and his team to rework our bathroom and kitchen and are extremely happy with the results. The quality of work and materials is excellent and the entire process was very detailed oriented. The changes were not rushed, but very meticulous and thoughtful. Bruce always confirmed on grey areas and had a constant line of communication open. Because we had both kitchen and bath being done, Bruce and team had access to the house for multiple weeks and they treated the house extremely well, kept dust to minimum and very respectful. The footprint caused by the changes was kept as small as possible. The project remained on schedule, overlapping the work on the two rooms to avoid unnecessary down time. Bruce and team are highly recommended.

    Quest Painting
After some initial confusion, the drywall was repaired and Quest then came and did the painting after the taping and mud dried. He did a fabulous job and the closet looks all new and fresh. Thank you Quest! I would recommend this painting company.

    Romine Contracting LLC
Vinny & Denny did an amazing job on our remodel project. We had a seldom used dining room converted to a fully functional office space for my wife. They also installed a window in the room as well. These are the best contractors we ever hired & plan on using them for MANY more projects in the future. Very professional, prompt, and price was reasonable. If you need work done, these are the guys to call!!!

Rev It Up Home Solutions LLC
Hired Rev It Up Home Solutions to do 4 jobs, the final being tear out and reinstall of master bath tub and surrounding tile. I experienced multiple issues of very poor workmanship: 1) brand new tub hit with drill 5-6 times during install, leaving visible damage requiring repair; 2) installation of cement board placed up to tub lip on two walls but over lip on one large wall, resulting in angled wall- upon request Mr. Keen did redo this wall, however seems to indicate overall lack of knowledge of job; 3) Several issues with tile placement- misaligned/crooked tiles; 4) caulk and sanded grout left all over tiles, vinyl edging and tub surface (originally Mr. Keen was going to use sanded grout, however I requested non-sanded due to tile manufacturer recommendation since this was glass tile, for some reason Mr. Keen still opted to use sanded caulk; 5) inadequate grout placement and missing grout near floor, leaving holes; 6) drywall was left with dents and scratches in surface and inadequate repainting; 7) half wall between tub and shower left unfinished with large seam in drywall; 8) baseboard removed, pulling paint from baseboard and wall, no touchup done. Mr. Keen did very minimal clean up related to job and did not notify me when several items in basement storage (below where tub being installed) got very wet. Pieces of sheet metal, screws and debris were left all over stored items in basement. In addition, screws, nails and metal pieces were left in driveway (appeared to have fallen out of Mr. Keens truck). In addition to the quality issues, Mr. Keen was consistently very unresponsive. Text messages would show that he read them, but just didnt respond. Finally took me making reference to contacting BBB to get a response, but then the silence continued. Took the case to small claims and ended up winning a minimal judgment, however payment has not been received and Mr. Keen is again unresponsive to text and email. I wish pictures could be attached here...they speak a thousand words! Response to photos of finished job have included "did you pay this guy? It looks like a child installed the tile!" Do your homework, read reviews and get references for exact job being done. Will save you a headache in the long run!

    Nations Drywall Repair
Richard is a super nice guy, bid the job, told me how many weeks out his schedule was, put me on the schedule, and stuck to the date he told me. They did fabulous work. I am a perfectionist, so I do not say this about many contractors. The job was extensive, taking 4 days to complete. It involved drywall repairs to walls and some 15 ceilings as a result of structural issues on the main floor and lower level of our home. They did a very good job protecting the floors and furniture with plastic and daily cleanup, as that size project created an incredible amount of dust. Joe did flawless work- after all was painted, only I knew there were hundreds of drywall repairs on all those walls! The price was very reasonable for the project size. I cannot speak highly enough about Richards company.

    Nations Drywall Repair
First time we used Nations' was Aug 2017, which was an extensive project. This second time was small patch job, so their minimum rate applied. Richard put me on his schedule for as soon as possible (two weeks out) and met the date he promised. Richard did the work, which was flawless. A great guy and super contractor!
