    Sears Appliance Repair
    It was not completed though the machine is under extended warranty. The experience has been awful and the communications, case tracking and process has been very poor. The case tracking is very poor in that when we call to get an update, the customer service person has no access to the complete call history of the case. It takes explaining over and over again. We are told that parts are on order but they never arrive. We are told that the parts department will call us on Monday which has never happened. It has been 8 weeks since our initial call for service and we are still going to the laundromat.

    Dyer was tumbling but was not heating up. Technician found the hi-limit thermostat tripped and he reset it and it worked while he was here but tripped again after one load the next day. They ordered a hi-limit switch after I called and installed it as soon as they received it. They applied some of the cost of the first visit to the second. Overall they did a very good job. Cost seemed reasonable. Prompt service after I called, within a couple of days. They do work on the weekends but when I called they did have a 3-4 day back log for the Bosch technician. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

    Company was referred by Sears Home Warranty to repair ice maker on refrigerator. Technician arrived on time on 4/2 and determined new ice maker needed to be ordered. Did not hear from company for 9 days so began calling company. All I got was voice mail and left messages but did not receive any return calls. Called Sears Home Warranty on 4/13 to complain and was told they would contact company. Did not hear anything by 4/17 so called Sears again. Was told part was ordered on 4/13 and shipped on 4/16 and was also told they would contact company and have them contact me. Can not believe took company 11 days to order part and would not return phone calls. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and would not recommend them to anyone for anything!

    Leonard fixed my problem over the phone. 10 second fix that was very much appreciated. I've used Leonard on other repairs I've needed and he has always done a great job at a fair price. This one he fixed for free by sharing his knowledge over the phone, I will be sure to call him for any repairs around the house. Honest man, I hope others who read this may give A to Z their businrss.

    WOW! The Tuesday afternoon after Labor Day, I called A to Z Appliance Repair. Now, I'm not sure if this typical; but, the man showed up within the hour! The "competition's" online service said I would have to wait a week! Luckily, it was just a fuse on the dryer, and it was up and running again in no time. The representative was very nice and professional, too. I will definitely keep A to Z's magnet on my refrigerator for future reference!

    The refrigerator was repaired at a reasonable price. The repair man informed me that I would be better off getting a new dishwasher. The repair man was great. Very professional and knowledgeable about his job.

    All went very well even though the repairman had never seen the alarm either. The repairman felt that we were not getting enough water. They had to order a new water valve. The repairman returned with the new water valve and installed. No change in water supply level. We then found that the water supply hose was blocked. He replaced the water hose and the dishwasher worked great. It was late in the day and the repairman and he had another call to make but he stayed until he found the problem and corrected. I definitely use Chesterfield Service again.

    Took 35 days and 4 service calls to complete repair of my less than 3 yr old dishwasher. The worst part is the process to schedule the work. No idea where the call center is, get hung up on several times to complete, huge delay for scheduled visit, insist on using computer to communicate-not phone call, doesn't stick to time frame arranged (only find the time has been completely changed when I call in), if time is in the afternoon-great chance you will be cancelled and they will be a no-show, scheduler DOES NOT listen to you and/or wants to argue about the repair needed. Waited one entire week for a return visit to fix new issue broken during visit. Technician did NOT install all ordered parts when he arrived.

    Mind you, I'm new at this 'take 'em apart/put 'em back together' thing so I based my repair on YouTube videos... When a Leonard arrived (better than punctual!), straight out he told me he'd just go ahead and install the parts just so he could be assured it was done properly (after all, we ARE dealing with parts that regulate the heat on the dryer..). So, shocked, I agreed - this would save me time and strife later! He installed everything in a flash, with me looking over his shoulder all the while so I could learn for any future needs. He was good spirited about me watching everything and asking questions, courteous and just a joy to have in the house for that very short period. I'm very, very happy with the whole experience and will highly recommend A-Z to anyone needing appliance repair, without hesitation!
