GOOD LUCK AFTER SURGERY with Dr. Krempec. He and his staff are slow to respond and/or non-responsive to debilitating complications. Dr. Krempec's solution to unbearable pain was another procedure--scheduled 16 days away. Dr. Krempec (and NKC Hospital) gave a great Dog-and-Pony show pre-surgery; but you're on your own once the checks cash. We regret choosing Dr. Krempec and NKC hospital for this major operation.

They are very good.   Dr.  Hall is an old time doctor and he has been doing this for a long number of years.  But what is unique about him which the other doctors also will say about him is that he is current on the newest information while still remembering things that any of them would never have known about past medical practice.  So he has a broad range of knowledge.  He knows the best specialists he can recommend.

I've gone to Dr. Keith for 19 years and trust her explicitely.  If she finds anything out of her field or that she thinks should be checked further, she immediately seeks out a specialist in that field and makes a referral.

She is most always on time, is most thorough and has a beautiful personality.

While the appointment went well with the doctor (although I was kept waiting for 15 minutes in the waiting room and then another 25 in the exam room), Dr. Martinea determined that she did not want to continue with a regime of treatment and recommended I switch to another. I agreed.
However, when it came time to schedule the procedure it was impossible to get in. I was told the call the office on a certain day each month and should be scheduled within 3-5 days. This has not occurred for 3 consecutive months. The third time I became annoyed and complained, and was told a myriad of reasons and excuses including:
    • The doctor wasn't in and they could not page her as it was her day off
    • I had the information wrong at my appointment (I took detailed notes)
    • I had the information I had written down when the scheduler called wrong (it matched the first set of notes)
    • I missed 3 scheduled times for the procedure (impossible as this was the 3rd attempt and I stated not to make the appointment the other 2 times because of the time delay)
    • It was an issue for my safety for the doctor to do this on a Friday

After speaking to the office manager, the problem still was unable to be resolved. The issue is with the office staff and the extreme confusion and changing of stories. The last excuse I was given is that the people who schedule and plan the procedures for the doctor aren't clinical which is why they didn't know the information.

My last visit to Dr. Siegel was for a check-up. The front desk staff and nurses are very friendly, and they are always helpful and polite when I need to pick up a sample or schedule a visit.
Dr. Siegel is an amazing doctor. My initial visit with him was at least 30 minutes long. He spend a lot of time going over my history, past treatments, and possible new treatments. He is an excellent listener and provides practical advice aside from treatment with medication. He answers my questions thoroughly, and he treats me with respect.

They offered us so much help, advice and equipment. They've also been helping me with grief counseling. I just can't say enough good things about them. They helped me give my wife the best care. They gave me direct, straight answers to help us. They provided everything, even bringing prescriptions to my door. After she passed they continues to help to organize everything me with everything. I don't know what I would have done without their assistance. I can't imagine someone else having to go through this without their help. They took all the worry and the decisions away. They explained how everything was going to happen and made it easier for me.

He's with Northland Cardiology.  I want to recommend him.  I had a lot of problems with my heart.  I had atrial fibrillation.  I wouldn't survive any operation per the doctor.  After a month, Dr. Rigden said there was nothing more they could do, but he asked me if I was willing to have a new procedure done that was developed by Dr. Wolf's assistant.  I told him yes. They flew him in.  I was the first person in Kansas City to have that surgery.  It has really changed my life.  I see Dr. Rigden every 6 months.  I give him the highest ratings and will continue to go there in the future.

Worst experience with a physician ever. She put me through battery of tests for what I would say was no reason at all. The last time I was there was terrible; I felt violated by her bedside manner and the treatment overall - literally violated. I will never go to her again nor would I recommend her to anyone I know!

The office staff (especially the receptionist) - NOT the nurses - were rude! The nurses that were involved in my treatment were wonderful.

I saw Dr Ray Rizzi DPM for foot pain and swelling persisting for 4 months following an accident (not related to an auto accident or Workers Comp.) The office called the morning of my appt and took a 15 minute medical history by phone. I arrived 20 minutes early, as instructed, to complete insurance and HIPPA information. I then waited for almost an hour before being called for Xrays then 15 minutes after that before Dr. Rizzi came in. His manner was unprofessional and obnoxious. He appeared not to have read my medical historyand did not go over it with me. He thought my condition had only been present for 2 days instead of 4 months. He didn't even bother to determine my name and had to ask me for it. Once he determined from the Xrays that no fracture was present, he offered no opinion as to the cause for the pain and seemed disinterested from that point on. He instead asked ME what I wanted him to do, instead of giving me his medical opinion. He then asked if I'd ever considered losing weight! In all, he spent a maximum of 5-10 minutes with me and provided absolutely nothing of benefit. I've never had a more wasted medical appointment. I had even brought my old orthotics with me and had them lying on the examining table next to me, thinking he'd want to look at them and discuss new ones, but he showed no interest and never even asked about them. I was actually stunned at the entire encounter. I told the receptionist that I'd never experienced such poor service in a medical "exam" and asked for the billing clerk to bill it appropriately at minimal level charge. She was very nice, as was the rest of the office staff, and said she 'd make the billing department aware. I've heard good things about the orthopedic specialists in this practice but I could not recommend Dr Rizzi, the foot specialist. I will never see him again. Terrible service.

We've seen Dr. Raybould for about ten years. He takes the time to talk to you and does not schedule unnecessary treatments. He tells you different options as opposed to just sending you to get tests. He thoroughly explains everything in great detail.
