Adam's Deep Tissue Massage & Bodywork
He was wonderful! I walked in and he greeted me. He runs the place himself and it is only him there. The frangrance in the air was relaxing and soothing. He was personable without being invasive. Asked me from the begining if there was a particular area I needed more work on than others. Asked me throughout the time he was massaging me if his touch was too light or to hard. He made me so at ease and so comfortable that I caught myself falling asleep! It was so wonderful there are hardly words to describe how great it was! I highly recommend him.

    Eureka Massage Ctr
I arrived and was warmly greeted. I changed into a robe and went into the room. Nice soft music was playing and it smelled great. I layed down, closed my eyes and let her work her magic. I was very impressed.

    The Wellness Spot
It was very easy to make the appointment with Massage Therapist Gina Morrison-Hulsey at the Wellness Spot in Washington, Missouri. The receptionist, Leslie, was very pleasant and helpful. When I arrived for my appointment, I was immediately greeted by Leslie. The environment was very inviting and calming. There was soothing music playing and a scent of lavender in the air. Gina was very prompt with the appointment time. She first took evaluation about the problem. I feel she listened very intently and conveyed concern about the problems I have been experiencing. The therapy room was very pleasant, again with soothing music and the calming scent of lavender. The therapy table was warm and comforable. While doing the massage, she explained what she was doing and the purpose of the treatment she was giving. Her treatment was very respectful and soothing, while still working with my painful muscles and joints. After the treatment, Gina wanted to know how I was feeling and also wanted me to follow up in a few days to let her know how I was feeling. There was no pressure to immediately schedule more appointments. I have actually been to see Gina three times now and would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to have a pleasant, respectful and helpful experience with a massage.

    Schofield, Tracie
I am not sure of the exact date of my visit. But no matter which day I went to see Tracie Schofield she always did such a great job! I usually get a full hour massage or a 30 minute massage. Tracie has great hours and is even flexible on saturday mornings for appointments. I always leave very happy and relaxed!

Kelly has a great touch, a lot of good training and experience. She charges a fair price for a great service.

Adam's Deep Tissue Massage & Bodywork
The pain and stiffness in my neck has abated drastically. I found that I had a much greater range of motion. I am able to turn my head side to side with much more ease and without tension or pain. The nagging tension was relieved and a friend noticed that I am standing more erect. I immediately felt the tightness in my shoulders lessen and my posture improving.

Adam's Deep Tissue Massage & Bodywork
The office has a nice environment, professional but well decorated. The massage room itself was warm and cozy, making it easy to relax. Also, the wall of the room was covered in various certificates of programs Adam completed for ongoing education. I like to see someone try to continue mastering their trade. Adam was very thorough with the massage, focusing on my tightest areas and giving advice on how to avoid behaviors to getting tight. He did things like sprinkling peppermint essential oil on my back to increase blood flow. At the end of the massage, he left me to get dressed and have a minute. I gave him a check as I left.

    Body Business Massage & Wellness
Diann answered, said she would give me any time she could, and did so. She was so professional and....well, therapeutic. I was provided massage, caring attitude, and a kleenex. :) There are massage persons who I've felt creeped our by because they were instantly my best casual friend or they were too distant in their interaction with me. Diann is the perfect educator, therapist, professional, and has years of nursing (unless I'm mistaken in my memory) to draw from along with her massage training, and feels like a friend to me. Rich was equally professional, a solid educator, excellent with his deep tissue, and, since I'm female and like to feel safe, maintained professional boundaries while he did his work. I received services from him once, and was allowed to extend my time after finding him to be very good and professional. Both seem very solid, down to earth, intelligent, non-quirky people. They both made me feel they were interested in providing the exact service I was wanting. When I say deep tissue and work the tightness out, I'm not kidding! No beuising, no unusual discomfort was experienced, only feeling better and less tightness. If you are looking for a genuinely detailed therapeutic massage or help with muscular pain or tightness, or just a relaxing and quot;I need to calm downand quot; massage, you will love knowing these two people. The rooms are basic, earth-colors (can't remember colors), neutrals. Nothing and quot;homeyand quot; or cheesy, and not over-the-top fru-fru or that says, and quot;spaand quot;. You are there to be worked on, to relax, not to have your nails done. This is a clean, pleasant setting, inside and outside the building. You go in, fill out the information form, and then drink your bottle of water that is provided. You'll want to go back.

    Kneeded Relief Therapeutic Massage
Probably the best thing (and trust me, it is VERY hard to pick out just one thing) is her personal policy on helping her clients... basically, she works to relieve any- and everything that she possibly can. I booked her for an hour, but she was still finding terrible knots and areas that were just plain tough to get through when that hour was up. You know what she did? She worked on my trouble areas for nearly an hour and a half, said nothing about it, only charged me for the hour that I booked and said it was her choice to work on me for longer and therefore there was no extra charge. I know of a lot of places that would simply say and quot;Oh, look at that... your time is up, good luck with the rest of thatand quot; and send you on your way, still hurting. Not Marlene. Her main goal is to make you feel the best that you possibly can... even better than you knew was possible. I honestly believe that we would not only be hard pressed to find someone to give anything other than a rave review of her, but I think it's impossible. She truly is just that good.

    Body Works Day Spa
I explained I have advanced arthritis not to massage. I felt for a general Swedish maasage, it was great. But not a good therapeutic.
