Was on time for scheduled appt. Very neat and clean. In otherwords, didn't leave a mess even though he was cleaning out a messy sewer. Cleaned up after himself. Very professional. Made recommendations so this would not happen again.

This work was completed on a domestic violence shelter that houses approximately 20 people on the lower level. When FRS was contacted, we had mold on the walls, and mushrooms growing on the carpet. It was in very bad shape. We were no longer allowing people to reside on the lower level.  They said they could get the moisture out and they really did.  They were prompt, fast, and very clean. There was cement coming in through  the windows and machinery everywhere. We thought we would be cleaning up forever, but we only had a little sweeping to do before we could start putting our new floor in. They are very good at what they do.
It has been two years and with all of the flooding outside, there has not been any sign of moisture.  We have been very surprised by the entire process.

He's the best. He won't make the repair unless it's necessary and he has very good price and he returns call, he'll get back to you and we have plumbers in town that won't do that. I just had him in my house a couple of weeks ago for a leak at my kitchen sink and he took good care of me. Normally, he would have charged me maybe $40 or $50 but he actually did not charge me at all this time because I had tighten the thing up before he got there and he couldn't really find anything else wrong, so he inspected that for free of charge. I don't know that we needed to publish that because I've been 12 years in real state and sent him a lot of work, so I think he does me favors that he wouldn't do for everyone. I wouldn't recommend him if I don't think he was great.

Very good response time. Ryan and crew showed up just when they said they would. They dug up and replaced the entire faulty water hydrant. Did a great job with minimal inconvenience. We were only without water for 45 minutes or so. We will be using thier expertise in the future for plumbing issues.

Discovered (via my bill) that we had a leak between the water meter and the house on Friday night after I got home from work. Ryan came out on Sunday to give us an estimate ($500, so long as he didn't have to dig up the sidewalk). Monday morning, they were out as soon as all the underground pipes and lines had been marked and they finished very quickly with a minimum of damage to the yard and NO damage to the sidewalk. I've used these guys several times in the past, and they do great work at REALLY reasonable prices.

He was neat and clean and got the job done in a professional and timely manner. I have been using him for the past 7 years. His prices are very competitive with others in the area. I will continue to use Top Hand in the future.

I called and asked for a "rough estimate" and was told $50-$500 depending on the amount of time and work involved. I called several other companies in the area and was told $200 and up. I called back and they sent a service man right over and he completed the job in a couple hours and was very polite and professional. Next time they will be my one and only call.

I called them. They showed up the next day. Never gave me an estimate. Showed up the next week. Repaired the leak. They were only there 3 to 4 hours tops. I get a bill the next week for $700. Come on $700. Thats ridiculous. Also they left with MY shovel. By the way, I think that was an accident. The service guys were nice enough. I just feel this business really sticks it to the little guy! They charge me over $200 for equipment charge while charging me $50 an hour for the guy on it, hich I feel is a double charge. I have hired equipment operators in the past and hourly charge always included the operator.
I hope nobody else gets fleeced by these guys. If you do use them, MAKE sure they give you  an estimate in charges!
