AFeth Construction LLCFeth Construction was very professional, very personable and very understanding throughout our months long project. Tim and Matt also worked very **** ** our final designs for the project. The project started as promised and they worked tirelessly and almost exclusively on it. One of the many impressive things about them was they even worked outside in subfreezing temperatures for multiple days in a row. Another impressive thing about Feth Construction was the written estimate. Yes we were over budget but that was because of the add-ons, which were numerous, and upgrades we wanted. Even with those, we were impressed with how they worked within that budget. Working with Feth Construction it was refreshing to have a general contractor with such integrity and work ethic. Having such a large project it was expected to have a couple of hiccups. They handled those well, with understanding and with reason. There was a minor issue a month or two after the completion of the project. Tim answered the phone on what seemed to be the first ring and was out here the very next day. Feth Construction also provided top notch sub contractors. The only reason I gave a B (B+ would be more accurate) for quality because I would have liked them to be far more selective with the lumber they used. I do not blame this on them because I believed it to be more of an issue from the lumber yard. I have recommended them to family and friends and Feth Construction will be top of the list for our next project.- Douglas R.

ARandolph Development (D&D Cabinetry) were perhaps the best part of our entire new home construction. Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! They operate with the utmost attention to detail--we are so pleased with the work they've done for us! Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home. We have enjoyed every moment of our involvement with this company...so much so, that we have added a few more jobs to their work list! (Wish is was possible to submit photos of the work they've done for us...although I'm not sure photos would do them justice) Call them if you are looking for professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, unique design, quality construction and materials, and timely work completion!

AThis was a very small job and done in under an hour. We had a doorframe which had come loose and needed to be put back in place. I called Jim after 9 pm on a Wednesday night and by 9 am the next morning it was fixed. Jim was highly professional and on time, and the doorframe is definitely in working order. We will be using him again!

AVery professional team of people, We were able to contact them easily, if we had questions they contacted us back quickly. When they said they would be there to work at a certain time they were. It was so nice to see a team of workers who cared about quality of there work and clean up every day before they left. DI was referred here. Met the owners, family owned seemed great. I tore out the kitchen and they did flooring, base and upper cabinet instal, quartz counters, new sink, moved a dishwasher. Day 1 went great, owners were there, everything went well. Day 2, a different crew came, some minor issues. Counters arrived 2 wks later- not their fault- measurements were wrong, resubmitted them, still wrong. They were only there once for measurements. Called a friend with a different company to re-measure, magically they were right. Instal day comes, again I couldnt be there, a different crew came- scuffs on the counters, glue and trash left behind, no clean up. Disposal not hooked up ( I fixed, not connected correctly). Dishwasher started leeking, paneling was brad nailed, poorly, thru a new, what was water proof, vinyl tile, leaving exposed wood. Water leaked, panel ruined. 2 wks later they came out, said it was a manufacturing issue. After calls to the manufacturer, 3 wks of back and forth it was determined the seals got warped from being in our garage while we waited on counters for 3 months. Ask them to come put a new panel in, it was a 3 week wait. Eventually had them drop off materials and cut my losses.
