AFreshStart RestorationWe hired FreshStart to do a mold inspection on a house we were looking to purchase. Ben came out and did the inspection and found no evidence of mold. He did give hints for what we could do post purchase to help prevent mold from occurring in both the basement and the attic. ARapid DryThat turned out really well; they did a good service. They did find some mold, I did have to pay extra because I believe they had to remove drywall, whatever the cost was it was reasonable for what they did. I called some other places and they never even called me back and this guy called me back right away. I was satisfied with the work they did. I don't believe they overdid anything, they didn't jack up the price, I knew where the spots were on the wall. I was there when he did the assessment, but I wasn't there when the guy did the work.- Anita C.

They fixed everything Thrasher Foundation Repairs did which caused extensive damage to my 1900's home relating to the foundation, stabilization of the joists, and limestone rock foundation walls. AWe had to find a company that performed remediation for methamphetamine which it turns out is a very involved and expensive process. Luckily we chose Bio-Absolute to bid the job. Not only were they the least expensive they also seemed to be the most knowledgeable company we consulted. The owner Aimee came with her crew to oversee the process and during which she discovered some mold as well and asked if she could treat it. For NO extra charge. How often do you run across a contractor like that? She was also very respectful of my home while they were here. Just overall above and beyond impressive service altogether. So even though I didn't find her on Angie's list originally, I am so very impressed with her service and her treatment of her clients in general that I felt I should take the time to share my experience with others potentially needing the same type of service. She is the one, look no further.

FHad an appointment today to get foundation done, (8/21/18) didn't get a call till 3:30 letting me know that they won't be able to come till tomorrow. Not appreciated when I had to take off of work for this to be done! Now the next day and they were to be here between 8-9 didn't show up till about 10. I was told it was a one day project however they left at 3:45, and I will have to take another day out of work tomorrow for them to come back and finish since they need inside the house. Excessive cursing all day long, broke a pipe yet didn't bother to tell me, until I asked about it when they were leaving. Apparently they didn't realize I could hear what they were saying outside. They had issues with their tools working, one even asked if he should throw the thing through the window....nice to know they care so much about other peoples property. Was to receive a call back about compensation, I had to call again since no one could give me a call back. No communication and consideration for other people's time.
