    Pure Water Oasis
We received a water system from pure water. Rex installed and was professional and timely! My kids will no longer drink any water but pure water because they love the taste of ours! Penny called and sent us reminders when it was time to change our filters! Great professional company!

    Scoreology
Scott reviewed my credit report that a had a couple questions about not once, but twice. He was happy to explain everything to me in detail and gave me his knowledge that would benefit me best. Him and his team are prompt, honest, and top-notch. He gladly took the time to review my report and answer my questions throroughly even with knowing my intent was to try to write the letters myself. I wouldnt use anyone else but scoreology. They are wonderful and I am very appreciative for their guidance!

    Johnny T's Handyman Service
John was wonderful! He came over and discussed his plan with us and then had it done in just a few days. He was able to use L-brackets and wood and his work looks like it was always a part of our mailbox post. He was reasonably priced and his work is excellent!

    AT&T
We’re happy. We’ve been using them for five years. You have to wait quite awhile when you go. They’re very well organized and getting you through the process as quickly as they can. They sold us many phones. They were responsive, professional, and courteous in doing so. They’ve been helpful in troubleshooting. They’ve suggested ways that we could have a better package deal when we’ve gone to make changes. We’ve have no issues in the past. We really haven’t even looked at anything else because they have such good coverage. My husband does work out of the country so it’s important that we have good connection and they do. We do and we would use them in the future.

    North Kansas City Hospital
From the moment I arrived until the time I was released, the staff at NKC Hospital was pleasant, attentive, patient and very competent. I was taken back and kept in the pre-op area where my questions were answered, I was given warm blankets and kept company until I was taken to surgery. In the OR, the staff took excellent care of me as I was positioned and put to sleep. In recovery, the nurses were right there to take care of my every need. I felt calm and in very good hands through the entire experience.

    33rd Company
The guy I spoke with openly gave me information and advice that has helped me greatly in my search for my first property. Turns out they were not a great fit for what I need in the way of property management at the time being but in the future I would definitely use them!

    Media Services
Was pleased to find a close location to shred old bank statements, etc, located in the caves north of the river I was able to just back my van up to the garage and their friendly workers unloaded the boxes and bins of paper. They dumped them into their containers, weighed them, and provided a receipt. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.  The office is at 8600 Underground Drive. Just pull straight into the cave until you get to pillar 128 and their office is there on the left. I signed in and then backed up to the garage door next to the office.  They charged 10 cents a pound with a $10 minimum and charged $8 per hard drive to destroy those.  For $40 I got rid of a van load of paper and three hard drives.  They allow you to watch the paper being shredded if you choose.  They also had a bin in front of the office for free shredding of smaller amounts of paper.  All in all, a very pleasant experience.

    Liberty Hospital
Took my daughter to ER for treatment of broken arm. ER doc was great and radiation was great as well. Triage nurse was less than pleasant and we were there for almost 7 hours - more than 1 1/2 hours of which we waited to be seen by a doc. Would not go there again if I had the choice. Waiting room was not pleasant - felt dingy.

The guys at Soundbytes were great. After they finished with running the cable into the house they spent time to make sure everything was up and running correctly. They did a great job and we will use them again.
Thanks so much for your help

    MT MORIAH TERRACE PARK
I went to Mount Moriah Terrace Park in Kansas City, MO. I had a miscarriage after carrying my baby boy for 8 weeks. My baby was in perfect form in the container sent from the pathology lab. I intended on keeping my baby preserved in that container and buried at Mount Moriah.  I explained to the funeral directors everything I wanted and made certain they realized how delicate my baby?s tissue was and for them to be very careful with my baby.
We decided to put my baby in an urn because Rex, a funeral director, said the container my baby was in would fit into an urn.  Then we would put the urn in a vault and then bury the vault.  The day of the burial we found out the opening of the urn was a very small hole that the container could not possibly fit. The directors Rex and Brian said we had to put my baby into a plastic bag in order to fit him into the urn. My husband at the time had started a job in another state and drove 8 hours to be at the funeral. I was very stressed and felt like I was stuck with the funeral directors decision.
The directors should know the products that they are selling. They should have called me before the funeral to tell me the urn was not going to work, instead of telling me the day of the funeral. I was so upset about the outcome of the burial. I pictured his tiny body, lying awkwardly in the urn and possibly hurt because he was not treated delicately. The next day I called the funeral directors and told them I wanted my baby reburied. They kept pushing me away, saying he was fine and to think about it for a month or year. The manager Jerry said the same, but finally gave in and said they could rebury him, at no extra cost.
I decided to have the directors take my baby out of the urn and put him in a container and then bury him in a baby casket. All my worries came true. Before they put him in the urn, he was whole, one piece, he looked like a tiny, perfect baby. But now, as they pulled him out, he was broken into pieces. I couldn't even tell it was him.
I at least expected from the funeral home an apology, an "I'm so sorry this happened to your baby" but I didn't get that from them. I thought Dignity funeral homes offered a 100% satisfaction guarantee, I only received 1%. If this had been done right and proper the first time, my baby?s body wouldn't have been destroyed.
I made a complaint with their funeral service provider Dignity Memorial and another funeral director in the area called me. He ignored almost everything I said and wasn't understanding of my situation or seemed to care but he gave a short apology for them. They refunded me for the vault. It was hard to get them to even do that. They should have apologized to me on their own for what they did to my baby. I have been so upset and devastated by all of this. If I knew this would happen, I would have NEVER chosen this funeral home.
