    Sean and Malachi did a beautiful job refurbishing the table.  In fact, it looks better now than it did before the damage.  We never thought the table could look as beautiful as it does not.  It may have been costly, but I know they spent hours on the table and made sure it was perfect before we picked it up.  I am so pleased with their work, I left a chair to be repaired when we picked the table up.  Thanks guys....you're amazing!!!

    ,Lowe's sold me a deck, they contract the work, what I did not know is it is not their material either. They fool you with false advertisement and misrepresentation. This was supposed to be a four day job to start 9/4 and finish on 9/7. It is now 10/24 and I still do not have a usable deck. Robby from Robbie's Home Repair, the contractor maybe had one hour of work on the deck himself. All he did was call every day about nine A.M. and tell me he would be here in about an hour and show up three or four hours later dropping off three non English speaking workers. That's the only people that worked on that deck. Robbie, Lowe's asst. manager would never inspect or even acknowledge that I was having big problems with the quality and quantity of work by said non English speaking workers. All of the shoddy work had to be redone because the codes administrator would not pass the work. All this delay, only working three hours a day, Lowe's not providing quality materials has drug this out. I have a floor you cannot use, a ruined yard, a torn up house and when I called Lowe's to try to get a finish to this job I was screamed at by Robbie the asst. manager that they no longer were working on this job. How can you cancel a legal contract that they already have broken by going well over the deadline. He said he would make sure I got the grade of lumber that I already paid for or any lumber I wanted in a very smart mouth manner, have it put down at my expense. How many times does Lowe's expect me to pay for this junk. Ending the screaming session he ended the conversation by telling my if I wanted anything else I needed to go to Lowe's legal department, at witch time I ended the conversation telling him that's ok I will get my own legal department. Just check Google. Lowe's decks and you will see for yourself all the horror stories for Lowe's. I can't understand Lowe's keeping a twenty something smart mouth employee with no management skills, no people skills no customer relation skills, no skills of any kind. I am taking an $8000.00 beating on a deck I cannot use. So buyer be ware. There is a lot more to this nightmare but I won't go into it and take up anymore of your reading time. By the way, if Lowe's damages your property they tell you take it up with your homeowners, they are not responsible for damage done to your home. Jack Pleasant Valley, Mo.

    I am so glad I contacted them.  The move happened the day following my initial call.  They were prompt, courteous, and very professional.  They arrived to pick up the piano when they indicated they would, and my piano was delivered to my home promptly.  The movers were very  professional and gentle with my piano.  I will definitely recommend them and use their service again if I need it!  Great job.

    My new driveway was a tremendous challenge and Tom came out weeks early to survey the situation and adroitly chose the right truck sizes to use.  The movers were enthusiastic, cheerful, fast and even sang while they worked.  Loved it!
    And they actually finished in less time than anticipated with the result that the cost was even less than bid.  We really enjoyed these folks.

    1. All the food in the unit went bad. They are sending a $200.00 dollar check for food loss. Remember this is a double door refrigerator with a bottom freezer. I didn't come out very good on that one.2.  I contacted NFM and they were no help. They only cover their products for 30 days. 3. LG only warrantees their products for 1 year?4. It then it becomes the responsibility of the warrantee company. They have tried to correct the problem but are limited by parts availability. 5. I am still waiting for the resolution of this problem. It has now been over 3 weeks with no refrigerator. Eating out a lot because of the inconvenience. Very expensive !!!!!

    The salesperson was very nice and helpful. He ordered the samples for us and they came in a timely fashion. The whole deal fell apart when we learned that removal would be a separate process. We ended up at Carpet Corner and were delighted with them. it is really too bad, because Nebraska has a very diversified selection of carpet.

    We have a couch from Nebraska Furniture mart. The couch was under parts warranty and the cusions were falling apart and were breaking down about 8 months after purchasing it. It was a poorly made couch and the company agreed to replace the foam cusions and the back cusions where your back rest. Since the parts were under warranty we had a specialist come out to look at the couch and to see what it would take to fix it. He said he charges 50 dollars to look at it. After this he said the 50 dollars would go towards the restoration of the cushions. I wrote the check for the $50 dollars and eventually I got in touch with him and he said he was having trouble finding the parts to fix the couch. This went on for about two weeks. I eventually contacted The Nebraska Mart and they sent me the parts. I emailed him and told him I had the parts and to come out and do the repair. He sent me emails with every excuse in the book for why he couldn?t get out to fix it. Eventually when I asked for a refund and he recommended me to other individuals to do the work because he wasn?t physically well enough to perform the work. His email in response to getting a refund was ?no problem.? This was about 3 weeks ago and I still have not seen a refund.

    Fantastic. Our leather furniture is 10yrs old. Before these guys did their thing, both the cushions and seat backs were sagging such that sitting was like falling into a pit and getting up was, well, let's just say quite a chore. They arrived 1/2 hr early. They spent 2 1/2 hrs stuffing and shaping -- I know this is a difficult task as I've tried just adjusting the foam cushion with no success. The work order stated otherwise, bu they thought it was for the couch only, so had to go get more materials. We think they charged us for that. After the work our furniture had its new shape again (except now we realize how badly we need to clean it -- but that's not their fault!). The foam inserted into the cushions really shaped them well and the cushions are now firm and comfortable. We've had a dozen friends and family over since the "furniture stuffing" and all have immediately noticed and commented on the improvement. Nice for investing 10% of the original cost.
