    Just moved into the house and wanted a better floor in the basement, decided to go with a local business to keep the money in town.  They were easy to talk to and get it set up.  They were fast and quiet, which was great as I work nights and was sleeping while they installed.  Also we found paperwork from our house previous owners who also used these guys and those floors look great too.

    Richard is an old fashioned salesman. He's been in the business for a long time and you can tell he loves it. Liberty is a small community. He's maintained a good reputation. We were happy with the price and products we chose. The workers arrived on time and worked steadily till the job was done. The carpet's been down for over a year now and we haven't had any problems.

    First, the windows are clean and the carpets are clean so the main objectives were met. The initial customer service on the phone when scheduling was excellent and the carpet cleaning technician had my husband do a walk through for satisfaction so that portion of responsiveness was good. They quoted an arrival time of 2-4 but arrived at 4:30. They did call when on their way. They left our backyard gate open 2 separate times so our dogs were found by neighbors running loose in the neighborhood. They did not replace all of the window screens and one was replaced incorrectly and ripped so there is a gap they need to come back and fix. They left our hose unrolled and haphazardly strewn across the side yard instead of re-rolling it on the winder as they found it. They carpets are still wet 2 days after the cleaning. One area in the bedroom is wet enough I slid on the tile floor because my feet were wet 26 hours after the service. When scheduling I asked they hang a shutter that had blown down. They did not bring hardware so that did not get done. Finally, cleaning took 4 hours so they were at our home until 8:30pm. I paid by the service, not by the hour, so I am not complaining however future clients should be aware they were not fast and make sure you do not have dinner plans if you have an afternoon appointment.

    This is the worst Company in Kansas City.  HomeDepo uses them as their contractor.  We had three consecutive issues with this horrible company.  First they measured our carpet installation wrong.  Resulting in only half of the stairs being done.  The carpet was remeasured and we were told to be rushed only to take an additional 2 1/2 half to three weeks before the install.
    The deck problem resulted in only half of the woods of being ordered to complete the job.  I personally ordered the second half of the wood and paid half as much including delivery.  I then found another tech installer who did the work expeditiously, expertly and at half the cost.
     our third issue with this same company on the same PO as the carpet is their failure to communicate with their customers.  on October 3 and 4  we were scheduled to have our kitchen backsplash replace.  after they never showed up I called Home Depot and learned that supposedly they called and left messages at two different numbers.  after much discussion the dates were rescheduled for October 27 and 28th.  mind you I had picked up all materials from holding the poll before they would even agree to schedule an appointment.  on Monday, October 27 at 8 o'clock I had my wife called them to verify installation.  we were informed that we were contacted on October 24 stating they delayed our insulation by one day.
    All lies.  my wife asked them isn't not their policy to leave messages. Being a Sprint business customer we called it their number into the Sprint business center to collaborate that neither my phone nor my wife's received an incoming call from said number.  then they lied and stated that they talk to our daughter.  our daughter doesn't have access to our cell phones.  as with all customers the cell phone stays with the person who owns it.  this is the worst possible company you can do business with.  If you hear their name Hometown Painting & Flooring  run!

    He is a little bit old fashioned, but he's a small town guy who's trustworthy. He did a great job at a very reasonable price. He's friendly as well. The owner is actually the one who's there every day, and he's very personable and very trustworthy. I would most certainly use him again in the future if I needed to.

    The crew was punctual, friendly and thorough in the work they did over multiple days. Air sample tests were taken in the living room both before and after the basement cleaning took place.  Because the results were still not as low as Mike would have liked, he completed the extra work in the living room at no extra cost, beyond his original estimate for services he could provide.    I chose to communicate with Mike primarily via email.  This was a good method for me to ask questions and for Mike to share updates on what was happening, as well as get the air sample test results.  Communication through the entire process was very good and timely.

    A dumpster was brought out for the crew to use in the basement cleanup efforts.  Mike had the dumpster delivered early, which allowed us to use it as we did some initial prep work before the team came out.  He even offered to pay a $25 fee that the City of Gladstone was requesting because of the dumpster.

    Excellent experience.  Highly recommended.
    The sales rep arrived at the house on time and was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.  She listened to our needs and made solid product recommendations to ensure we would be satisfied with both quality and price.  She took exact measurements of each room and submitted a written price quote within 24 hours.  The price was competitive and installation was promptly scheduled. Installers were friendly, professional and did an excellent job in removing the carpet, eliminating floor squeaks and removing pet odors.  They also demonstrated a respect and appreciation for the sales rep as her dedication to detail made their job much easier.  They took care to avoid marring the freshly painted walls. At the completion of the job they took great care in their cleanup to leave the house in impeccable condition.  A few days later the sales rep called to make sure we were pleased with their installation.
    Now, one month later, their work looks as perfect as the day they installed it.  Best carpet installation experience I've ever had.
