  • Terrible right from the start. Upon entering the office the dr was yelling curse words at a woman in the parking lot. Then told me a price and at check out was $40 more then he told me. I tried them a second time wanting to give it a fair shot and again i was told $35 at the beginning and at check out was charged $95!!!! I asked and they said they did more treatment on me. I was never asked if i wanted more than the original $35 treatment. TERRIBLE place. Didn't really do much and charged WAY more than was told. Claim to be a "family" place but cusses and screams at people in the parking lot. DON'T GO!

  • The bills just keep coming from Anesthesia Services of Midwest. I had no problem with Midwest Gastroenterolgy Partners. Except that they may reconsider partnering with Anesthesia Services of Midwest.

  • He was very professional, patient, and friendly. I sought out a second opinion and asked they send his notes. His nurse practitioner had made all the notes and they were very brief. Another provider I saw had very detailed notes. Dr. Cough has a very packed schedule, and you might have to schedule surgery a long way out.

  • The nurse who saw me provided me with a regimen of both home and professional rehab, neither of which was effective. They told me the fracture had healed perfectly, when in fact it had healed at an angle, causing pain and weakness in the ankle. Two years later I found out from a more competent orthopedic practice that the bone had not set right, and I am still trying to cope with a fracture that did not heal properly.

  • Of course the prep is never fun, no matter who your doctor is. I have used Dr. Culver for four colonoscopies. He has an excellent bedside manner, with a fine sense of humor. The colonoscopy itself was a non-experience (don't remember a thing). He removed a polyp during the procedure. Was given photos to take home. Spent at least 45 minutes in the waiting room, which seemed excessive.

  • Warm, friendly, interested.  Highly professional and knowledgeable.   Always up to date on research.   Interested in nutrition,
alternative medicines.   Dr. Galvin is always supportive.

  • They ran extra tests on her and my daughter was sitting there for some stomach problems. They checked her for virus, flu, etc. They did everything. They told us that she had infection in her blood from the abscess and so they took good care of her.

  • It went fine. I went late in the day and had to wait a while for her to get to me, but she seems very thorough, easy to relate to. I have some trouble understanding some of the things she tells me to do, I'm not sure if this is her fault or mine, this time she printed out her notes to me, so I don't think I'll have that problem this time.

  • It went very well. No problem in making an appointment. Reminder call on appointment was appreciated. Easy and friendly check-in. Very short wait time. Very efficienct yet thourough exam. Doctor took time to listen and look at me. Efficient check out.

  • I felt as though I received extremely good care from Dr. Finkle. I highly recommend her services. She was very straightforward and helped me aggressively manage some health issues that came up during my maternity months. She helped me deliver a healthy baby with no complications.
The care I received from the other doctors (Dr. Amsterdam, Dr. Halberstadt, Dr. VandenBoom) during Dr. Finkle's maternity leave was mostly adequate, though I felt as though they were just ensuring I didn't have any emergency issues that couldn't wait until Dr. Finkle's return. *Except* for Dr. VandenBoom. During the several weeks that I saw him while Dr. Finkle was away, he cared for me as if I had been his patient all along. He is also an extremely good doctor that I would highly recommend (although his schedule is already packed with patients).
The only doctor at Rockhill that I would discourage anyone from using is Dr. Petelin. Her care during my postdelivery hospital stay was rude, abrupt, and painful. In addition, after her brusque treatment, both my newborn infant and I were left rather disheveled in the bed. As I struggled to get repositioned after she finished, she turned heel and walked out. I was *very* displeased (and left with open wounds after she removed a layer of my skin ripping my bandages off).
