AA B Pest Control IncThis was a sub that my builder used. We've used them before for pest control and have always had a good experience. The home has stayed cool this summer on hot Lake of the Ozark days and we credit the quality of insulation used and the process. AB used foam in every crevice (electrical, spaces between old and new construction, etc...) as well as the entire underside of the addition. In the walls they used tight sprayed cellulose between every stud (leaving no spaces). My neighbors came over and drooled over the insulation. I am impressed. The timing was fine as it was done during the project. They did leave a spill on the driveway that I was going to clean up but upon calling for directions, they insisted it was their responsibility. AB is great for Pest Control but I highly recommend them for insulation.- Jeff Z.

ABrandt's Fuel SaversWe added an addition to our house. Before the build we got an estimate from them using rough plans, and they were prompt with getting an estimate back to us. Several months later when we did the addition, they came back, did an updated estimate using actual measurements and again were very prompt with getting an estimate back to us. We had to have the work done in two stages. First the walls, then the attic. They were very accomidating with a schedule and did the work when expected.- Wayland M.

ATHURMOND BROTHERS CONSTR COWe did not know we had hardwood floors under our carpet and Hired Thurmond construction to put in new hardwood floors. They showed us we had hardwood under the carpet and they just needed to be sanded and stained. We had the living room, hallway and all 3 bedrooms sanded and stained., I went to stay at my moms while they were doing this and they did a wonderful job. ASPRADLIN INSULATION COThey did a pretty good. The insulation is ridiculously high because of the chemicals, but their price is fair. The thing that made me a fan of theirs was the stuff, which was work related to a certain degrees about how the temperature was. Due to no fault of their own, but some other people who worked on the building, they didn't get in there when they needed to get in there. They had to spray stuff to make it a little bit cooler. They had a few places where the insulation didn't stick like it naturally needs to stick. It was evident that 4 panels didn't stick, which was the area about 3 feet by 8 feet. They came in, tore it all, and redid it. What they did to impress me was that it wasn't their job to spray the foam on. They haven't only sprayed, but also painted the areas where they had redone the work. It was beyond the call.- Mike M.

AKeith KoehnKeith works alone by word of mouth and is usually booked. So, it may take a while to get him out to your place. He does give you an estimate of when he will be available and us usually on the mark or early. He is very polite and professional. He is an honest person and will try and give you his thoughts on what way would be best to go, even if that means he doesn't do the work. He is not cheap, but does a fast professional job which makes it reasonable compared to someone who is slow and doesn't do a good job. On the RV outlet job, I thought he undercharged me and I gave him extra. He even picked up the insulation I bought in Springfield along with the blower and returned the blower while I stayed in Mountain Grove and didn't have to drive that 60 miles. He did drive 60 miles as he lives in Mtn Grove too. I didn't have to get any of the supplies but was given the receipts so no jacked up material prices.- sheryl h.

ASOUTHEAST HOME IMPROVEMENTI had them insulate my house when I built it in 2005. The owner took the time to educate me on the different types of insulation and how they work. He also explained the mistakes commonly made by inexperienced contractors and handymen that cause a home to be inefficient. My wife and I were able to make a good decision that has paid dividends every month since we moved in. Southeast Insulation showed up when they said they would, did a professional job and cleaned up the mess before they left. They did cost more than than the other bid we got, but I believe we got a much better job and the savings on my utilities have more than paid for the job anyway. I called them back this year to put seamless guttering on the house. This time the company sent a sales guy out who also took the time to talk to me about what I needed and then explain the proper way to install gutters and showed me examples of the mistakes and corners other gutter companies cut to get a cheaper price. Again, the crew showed up and did a professional job. The gutters look great and don't hold water or leak.- Ken H.

AI was impressed with this company. I had suspect roof damage following a storm and worked with Mike who performed a roof inspection. He was very professional, customer friendly and knowledgeable. ARandolph Development (D&D Cabinetry) were perhaps the best part of our entire new home construction. Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! They operate with the utmost attention to detail--we are so pleased with the work they've done for us! Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home. We have enjoyed every moment of our involvement with this company...so much so, that we have added a few more jobs to their work list!
