    After having a blow out and running up on a curb, we had our van towed to the shop in the wee hours of the morning of 12 April 2017. All we had asked them for was an estimate, and we had asked continuously to talk with the owner. We were constantly told that the owner was not there. We were never allowed to talk to the owner, and were told that they could not give us an estimate until they put an $167 part on and then got it up on the rack. We agree only to have the $167 part put on the van so that we could get an estimate so that we could see if we would need to file with out insurance. They told us that they would get the part of Good Friday and should have it put on and have an estimate done that day or Monday at the latest. We heard nothing so we called on Monday to get an update. We were told then that the part had not arrived yet. Again we asked for an estimate, and again said that we needed it for the insurance. Instead of giving us an estimate for how much it would cost, they just fixed the van without our permission. We got a call on Wednesday that the van was ready for pick up, and we asked again about the estimate and were told the work was done. We said that we did not have the money to pay for it right now, but that the owner had worked with us in the past. The person on the phone said that they would talk to the owner. We had to get a ride to go up there and were told that we had to have the money and that the new owner would not do credit. The lady that works the front desk called us liars and said that we had approved of the work to be done, even when the former owner, a Christian Pastor, said that he kept asking if we knew how much this was going to cost. And the pastor who was the owner we are told no longer owns the place and they will not work with us. No estimate, doing work without authorization, not communicating with us at all, and then being called liars while refusing to work with us. This is how a "Christian" owned business treats people. I have 4 doctors appointments on May 11th through May 12th, and I am waiting to hear back about a job I interviewed for last week. We can not do any of those if we do not get our van back. We do not have another vehicle. They knew this from the day the van came to their shop. They never even offered a loaner car while our vehicle was being worked on. And we had used them multiple times in the past. I will never use them again, and I will tell everyone I know that this place is not reputable and will steal from you. These people are not Christians at all. All they want is money.

    Do not expect to get anything accomplished on your lunch hour because they've gone to lunch too. They only do state inspections by appointment. Even when you come back as requested, they still won't do a state inspection. Their customer service has really fallen over the years. Terribly rude employees.

    Nothing but trouble with the car. Brake line rusted through the first week--fixed for free after we threatened them. A/C quit working after a couple of days, but was not covered. Fuel pump went out, then a front wheel bearing went out. Neither was fixed by the company. New car dealers usually sell high quality used cars. Not Lindsey Chevrolet.

    Ray called to confirm bid and was very helpful with his suggestions. He confirmed the appointment before his scheduled work and was very punctual upon arrival.  He showed up fifteen minutes early with everything that he needed to finish the job. He got started right away, without delay. He was so kind and very funny. He made sure that I was satisfied with his work before he left and I could not be happier. My room stays so much cooler now from the afternoon sun. My utility bills have really shown the benefits from the work. I really wish I had done this sooner.

    Services went well. The staff is very friendly and will make every effort to accommodate your needs at a reasonable price. 
    We had a teenagers truck that needed gone over before he began to drive. Just overall fixing a few things and the price was very affordable.

    My auto REQUIRES  a special weight of oil.  I asked if they carried the oil and they said "NO"  So, I said I'd provide the oil and you could deduct the cost from my oil change.  I bought six quarts of the oil needed by my car and they gave me a credit on $4.00 total.
    When I complained, they basically said "Tough Bananas" "That's the way it is".
    Although oil was about $3.50 per quart then, I think since I went and got the oil, paid for it and provided it to them, I should have a credit of closer to $21.00.
    I told them I and all of my family, wouldn't be back

    i always call motts when i have parts to find except i am not sure why because they are almost always the highest in price in our area or they do not have the parts.  The parts guys have great attitudes but they never seem to go above and beyond the call of duty unless you are a steady customer.  Well i can not be a steady customer if their prices are higher or not available.

    when they first got here they were a little confused and i had to supply the repair manual for the car. the first time they showed up was 7/20/2013 at 2pm by 8 pm they were not finished because they said they didnt have the right tools. they came back the next day and finished and when they tried to start it they figured out they knocked it out of time. so they went to fix that and said i had to have new plugs and plug wires and then they would fix it. when i got the new parts they said that wasnt the job they were hired for and i neede to replace them on my own. today 8/1/2013 they came back finally 2 hours late and messed with it an hour or so and said it was something else wrong and they could fix it for more money. i will never call them again and i will start a court case against them

    I could not thank Corky and Dennis enough for repairing my equipment and doing repairs that where done at other repair shops and only to bring my mower back over and over again for the same repair. they told me what was wrong with my mower, they fixed my steering and other issues that i didnt realize i had that made my mower operate poorly which is why i kept on taking back to the other guys. the welding that was done was awesome they beefed up the parts that broke on my ATV and mower so they will hold up better than the original welding work done by manufacture. Great Job guys, these are the guys that your looking for when you say, "what happen to the good ole days when you had quality work done and friendly service" They repair pretty much about anything

    After having an oil change, in which they perform a 27-point inspection, they recommended replacing the brake pads as they were worn thin.  We made an appointment and had them replaced.  To top it off, they told us we could get a $25 rebate from GM and gave us the necessary information for obtaining it.
