    Ozark Center
They were all over the place after the tornado helping people. They are highly recommended here in town. They were very good to me. They were great. They were coming house to house for a while. They were even making house calls. They were available for whatever they could do.

    Express Psych LLC
She is a nurse practitioner. She works under a psychiatrist. She is with Express Psych. She listens and she is concerned about my mental health. She takes extra time to get a feel of my mental state. I will go back to her in the future.

    Bales, Rachal
She is not a medical doctor; she is a family therapist. I like her because she is very perceptive. She is young. So, she is a lot more open-minded to new diagnoses and therapies. I will use her services again in the future.

    Charles Graves MD
Dr. Graves is very nice.  He listens to what I and the child have to say.  He pointed out the medicine and he gave samples of the same thing.  I took him back to do the first appointment.  The medicine wasn't quite working right so he tweaked it for him and made sure that everything was okay.  He has him go back at least once in 60 days to check the meds and everything.  There's always somebody on call at the office if we need him.  We would continue to use him in the future.

I give Heartland.an A+.  She was in Lakeland and my daughter came out of there worse than when she went in. they gave her some kind of medicine and when she came out she said she was going ot kill us all, and was swinging knives at us. Lakeland gets a F.

    William Klontz MD
The staff was very friendly and efficient. I only waited 5 minutes to see Dr. Klontz, who was courteous, attentive, and patient. My appointment was brief and everything was taken care of.

    Wojcicka-Mitchell, Dr. Anna
She is from Europe. When I went to her, she was very professional and knowledgeable. She was serious without being overly pompous. Her accent is different. I will use her services again.

    Steven Kory MD
I like him. He's efficient. He has a nice bedside manner. He's pleasant, says hello and shakes hands. He's concerned about what I'm concerned about. He controls my medication.

    Ozark Center
For my initial appt., I was set up with their nurse practitioner, rather than a doctor, which seemed odd, but I assumed they were very booked, so this was fine to start. Nice enough guy, but after 2 appointments, both of which I requested to be referred to a therapist - and was told I would be receiving a call about it (twice)... I realized he was not keeping good records of our conversations. I brought this up at a later appt., which caused him to get defensive, and I have still not been referred for therapy. I should have been in therapy 5 months ago. On my second visit, he asked how the ***** (a medication) was working for me. I almost fell out of my chair. He actually had it in my records that I had begun a medication that we had only briefly discussed, but that I had never been given. On another note, I recently received a huge medical bill (over $1200) for some blood testing that I never had done. How can this happen? My insurance has been notified, and they are requesting proof from the Ozark Center and the lab that *supposedly* has my blood work. Of course, they will find nothing. I am actually scared to go back there at this point! What will happen next? These people are dealing with my medical records, my insurance, my money, and my life! Honestly, I don't feel that I can trust them. I appreciate nurse practitioners stepping up to help out when the real doctors are overwhelmed - during horrific events, like the 2011 tornado, etc... but please, reconsider who ought to hold delicate people's lives in their hands on a regular basis.
